Clean, quiet, great location, good staff, warm inside
Hot water was kind of problem, you had to wait like 5 min with open faucet so it comes. (Then again maybe this was a temporary, situational problem)
Il est situé à 2 min à pied de la place Taskim, proche de tout commerces et transports ! Établissement très propre ! Personnel très accueillant qui vous aide avec les valises, a su faire la traduction avec le taxi pour nous. Peut importe ce que nous avions besoin le personnel était là ! Je recommande et j’y retournais dans cet hôtel j’ai beaucoup aimé!
Dans la chambre pour 4 personnes, il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la 1ère chambre, difficile de se repérer entre la nuit et le jour sans nos téléphones.. Mais je pense que les autres chambres avec balcon ou autre aurait été très bien !

The hotel is brand new and was very nice. The location is perfect as it is 3-4 minutes walking from Taksim square .
The stuff is super professional and they were very kind and helpful. Anytime we needed something they were there to help and provide us with everything. Highly recommended

The hotel's location is also excellent, within walking distance of Taksim Square and the metro station. The numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping options in the surrounding area made my stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is perfect for those seeking both comfort and tranquility. It combines cleanliness, comfort, a central location, and hospitality. Havana was one of the best places I've ever stayed. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon.
