كبر الغرفه ونظافتها
الموقع جاي في نزله والطلوع متعب وبعيد عن الاماكان. والمكيف يغلق كل ساعه ولم يتم اصلاحه او تبديل الغرفه. كل شوي يأتي المهندس ولم تحل المشكله
Staff are very friendly and helpful
Very poor breakfast.
Location is not convenient, you need a taxi to move around. Very far from nearest train station.
Water in toilets get from cold to hot on its own!
Bad quality of pillows, not comfortable to sleep at all.

The welcome tea and the complimentary fruit bowl in the room. The staff were helpful above and beyond.
Not major issues, but not enough clothes hangers in the closet, and coffee was not restocked the following day.

The hotel is nice and clean the personnel very helpful and friendly especially Izzat he was very friendly and kind.
The only issue is the location is a little bit far from transportation but the hotel can always book for you a taxi so it was okay
