Pros:

كانت تجربة اقامة رائعة وانصح به
الموقع قريب من جميع المواقع السياحية التي يقصدها السائح في اسطنبول
الموظفون وددون وراقين بالتعامل اضافة الى امانتهم حيث فقدت حقيبة اليد التي بها جميع بطاقاتي البنكية ومبالغ مالية عند تسجيل وصولي اخر الليل في بهو الفندق عند انتظاري وعند فقدي لها بالصباح عندما استيقظت ذهبت لاستقبال الفندق ووجدتها بالامانات عند موظف الاستقبال

كانت الإقامة تجربة جميلة ومريحة، ولمسنا خلالها مستوى عالٍ من الاهتمام والحرص على راحة النزلاء.

It was exciting & great ambience
Pros:

The location to the conference from the hotel was great & the staff were exceptional especially kerim & inan. I will definately stay there again if in Bomonti.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room in the bathroom was poorly done.I also used a wine glass on Tuesday & it was never removed or cleaned until check out time. The coffee & sugar in the room were hardly replenished. On wednesday i had to go & ask from the bar. Though the bed was neatly done & beddings very clean including the towels. The lighting in the room can also be increased.
