Très sympathique.

Awful hotel. I don’t really know where to start but all I can say is avoid at all costs.

- Sheets were stained. Staff told me that this was fine because they’ve never had a problem with the cleaner before. These sheets were never changed.

- Electrical socket started sparking and smoking when I plugged the TV into what looked like the most unsafe extension chord I’ve ever seen. Staff said not to use it but didn’t remove it. Genuine fire risk.

- I came home with flea bites after my last night.

- No soundproofing at all. And I mean at all.

- Staff didn’t seem to care about any of my issues. They didn’t even provide toilet paper or hand soap until I asked for it.

- Safe was broken, no way to store valuables.

- Hot water very intermittent. Had a few ice cold showers.

- AC didn’t work properly

- Loud clicking all night from the motion sensor outside my room

TLDR; Do NOT stay here. I had to try my hardest to stop it ruining my trip.

Close to the T1 tramline and Havaist buses. In a more lively part of town which is great sometimes.

Wir haben das Hotel zum ersten Mal gebucht. Erstmal waren wir in einem Zimmer wo der Boden extrem heiß war. Ich denke eine Rohre war da was so heiß war. Wir konnten Klima nicht anmachen, weil unser 1 Jähriger Sohn dabei war. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt in den unteren Stockwerk da war es ziemlich besser, aber mit Kind rate ich auf keinen Fall dahin. Es gibt auch keinen Aufzug. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Mülleimer. Die Reinigungskraft ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Sie war die einzig positive Sache.
Hatten die ersten 4 Tage auch keinen warmen Wasser und mein Kind konnte ich auch nicht dort waschen.
Wir haben das Hotel 2 Tage vorher verlassen. Eigentlich wollten wir schon am 7-8 Tag raus, aber mit Expedia weitere Vorgänge klären dauert auch immer 3-5 Tage.
Also wenn ihr Einzelpersonen seid könnt ihr für 1-2 Tage hin, ansonsten empfehle ich es nicht. Tut euch das nicht an.

Schams in reception was very kind.

The guy in reception was very helpful. The water in the shower was hot and beds confortable. Good wifi. The room also had a fridge that worked and a/c. Good location.

Televizyon calismiyordu. Ampul yoktu. Sabun yoktu. Internet sifresi verilmedi mesajla sormamiza ragmen. Camlar biraz pisti. Ama inanilmaz rahatsiz olmadik, memnunduk. Kisa vadeli kalinabilir.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to enjoy landmarks. The hotel is half an hours walking distance from the Grand Bazaar, Topkapı Palace, Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia Mosque. Very close to Yenikapi metro station. From here you can use metro lines such as M1, M2 and Marmaray. The hotel is clean and tidy as seen in the picture.

Hotel was a little tired and worn in places, but this was reflected in the price.
Bed was very comfortable and the sheets immaculately clean and fresh.
WiFi was strong and reliable.
Great staff, any problems sorted out immediately.

I Like the hotel, the location.

Can't communicate with people who work at this hotel.. Nobody speak English... The shower towel are changed only every 3 days .. The room is cleaned also every 3 days...people who work there are not kind and they use Google translate to communicate with the customers....
I will never come back again at this hotel I would prefer to pay more and to be in a better one...
Escape from this hotel!!!!

Well located. Clean bed and sheets. Comfortable.
Staff is polite and helpful. Helped brung my big and heavy luggage up the stairs.
Good value.

Friendly staff, they were kind enough to help us
