Stresujący pobyt- oszukują na płatnościach, mało kto rozumie angielski

Hotel oszukuje na płatnościach realizując tylko transakcje w walucie karty (DCC) wykorzystując automatyczne przewalutowanie bez akceptacji oferty przez klienta. Miałam konto w lirach którego nie mogli obciążyć bo próbowali przewalutować na euro. Nie ma z kim wyjaśnić sytuacji bo nikt nie mówi po angielsku. Managerowie obiecują telefonicznie znalezienie rozwiązania ale nie pojawiają się w obiekcie a obsługa nie pomaga. Ofertę miałam na kwotę 2060 w efekcie zapłaciłam 400 zł więcej. Sprzątanie tylko po wcześniejszym zgłoszeniu i nawet po nim trzeba osobno prosić o uzupełnienie papieru/wody. Nudne śniadania-codziennie to samo i mały wybór

Соотношение цена качество. Скорее я бы остановилась в этом отделе еще раз.
Pros:

Местоположение отеля очень удобное. Через дорогу море, трамваи, пешком можно добраться до многих локаций. Завтраки вполне сытные, хоть и однообразные. Турецкий кофе по утрам, с видом с террасы на море просто отличное начало дня. Номера для туристов не капризных, принять душ и поспать после насыщенного дня вполне. Персонал очень доброжелательный, помощь на всех этапах. За что спасибо им!

Уютный отель, в который хочется вернуться!!!
Pros:

Шикарное месторасположение, все в пешей доступности, развязка транспортная в 200м от отеля, персонал очень внимательный и заботливый, чисто, район колоритный, но не страшно, ночью тихо, кровати удобные, вид с террасы неймоверный, не зотелось оттуда уходить даже ночью! Завтраки вкусные и пить кофе турецкий было приятно каждое утро! Соотношение цена качество супер, приехали б еще с удовольствием! Сначало нам показалось, что мы вообще там одни живем, никого не видели и не слышали)

Vapustava vaatega ülakorruse hommikusöögiterrass. Hea asukoht lennujaama transpordiks. Vaikne tänav peatänava kõrval.

Cons:

Lähedal on maapealne metroo, mille liikumine on pidevalt kuulda. Tuba (eriti vannituba) vajaks hooldust- mõni oluline valgusti ei tööta, dušhivoolik lekib ühenduskohtadest, valamusegisti on valamu küljest lahti.

Kicsit le van már lakva. Pl a szobában a parketta több helyen felázott, kopott. A fürdőszobában az elhúzható üveg görgői kiestek, alig tarja valami az üveget.

Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал, многие говорят по русски! И персонал и владелец очень приятные и постоянно беспокоятся, чтобы у гостей было все в порядке! Великолепная терраса с видом на Стамбул! В ресторанах делают двойную наценку за такой вид, а тут можно взять бесплатный кофе (или принести свое пиво) и сидеть наслаждаться видом!

Es war ansonsten gut, für diesen Preis.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und man konnte sich so viel holen, wie man wollte. Zudem wurde man regelmässig gefragt, ob man Kaffee oder Tee möchte.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde stets gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob man etwas braucht. Auch nach der Zimmerreinigung wurde jeden Morgen gefragt. Falls man keine Reinigung wünschte, war das überhaupt kein Problem.

Cons:

Vor Ort musste bar bezahlt werden, da angeblich keine Zahlung über Booking bzw. mit Karte möglich war. Das kann ich jedoch nicht nachvollziehen, da ich meine gesamte Reise über Booking mit derselben Karte gebucht und bezahlt habe.

Als ich nach einer Kartenzahlung gefragt habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dafür zusätzliche Gebühren von 10–15 % des Zimmerpreises anfallen würden. Daher war ich gezwungen, bar zu bezahlen.

Das Badezimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden. Zudem war die Sauberkeit dort leider nicht zufriedenstellend.
