Desa Phuket

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated — a perfect place to relax after a long day. Another highlight was the lovely restaurant right next door, which served delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

Rude & Unprofessional Staff.
The staff at Desa Phuket needs serious training in customer service. Instead of being welcoming, they were rude and dismissive. When I brought up an issue with my room, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Definitely not a place I would return to.

Room was quite spacious, clean.
Need to improve on house keeping, for 2 day I had to ask for towel replacement
Alao there should be place / shelf for keeping shampoo and body wash in shower stall.

We are traveling in Thailand and are in our late sixties. We spent 7 nights in the Desa Hotel and hired a moped to get all around the island. The location is absolutely fine and allows access to all places. Street food is available in many very close spots and includes Chinese food and hot bbq cuisine. The hotel and staff were lovely and looked after us very well. We stayed in both types of room and they were good and functional in all respects. Be careful to select your room choice with agoda/booking dot.com. Osman and Pechara have values and standards in abundance and looked after us very well. We thank them greatly.

Good location with local shops and restaurants near by, clean rooms with lots of space, very friendly staff with amazing hospitality from the owner and his family making you feel like home. Next time I visit Phuket I will stay in the same place

The manager was very nice and offered assistance in every way. He contacted us with great deals and packages for Phi Phi Island and motorbike rental. It was a nice place to stay, the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend to anyone! Will stay here again if I come back.

Hotel.Staffs are vey kind and patient. Rome is very clean.I’m really comfortable.It’s 5 minutes walk to everything. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly lovely too .I really recommend for everyone.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.Clean rooms , friendly staff , and a nice atmosphere.The hotel location is not far away from old town phuket..I enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The service was quick and the staff was friendly.

The property is not .81 miles from downtown is more than 1.5 miles, area is very dirty ,and property very old and smells bad, I did not stay in the hotel, I rather not to stay in that hotel and loose the money.who ever rate that hotel exceptional it must be blind!!

There location wasn't very easy to find, they said .81 miles from downtown and that wasn't .81 ,It was more than 25 minutes walking from downtown, there location is not very nice it looks very unsafe, lobby wasn't very nice it was dirty and smells like old, anyway I decided to loose my booking and stay in a better place

Great little budget hotel in phuket town center! Good facilities for the price. Housekeeping included. Seems to be family run which is always nice, but I wouldn’t call it a family hotel due to the location.
I’m also very fond of the ample parking out front. A lot of cheaper hotels have little to no parking.

Very good place to stay close to phuket old town and night market and near 711 by walking distance. Restaurant and coffee shop. Staff10/10 😊😊 super welcome clean room good aircondition,coffe and breakfast speaily my favourite pancakes.
