I think the place looks new so it can still improve
To be honest it's just a hotel there.
Yes a very beautiful hotel but there is no inferstructure with it .
It's ok for a couple of days but if your there for a week or two you need a lot of money for taxi's.
Quite expensive the food and drink .
My wife kept getting the wrong food she ordered?
Ont the last night she ended up with tummy ache because we think the meet wasn't cooked properly.

Very high value for the money considering I payed about 70USD/ night for a 5-star hotel.
Rooms are modern and have everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel.
Food was good in general and the breakfast buffet in particular was very good with a a lot of variety from day to day.
Walking distance to the beach and also several free shuttle busses every day, both to the beach and an area with lots a shops and restaurants (the also have a popular night market there every Friday)
The service was good but not exceptional. The only mayor criticism I have is that the service was a bit slow at the restaurants. Food generally took at least 45 minutes even when there was not many people there and even if you ordered a basic dish.
We were in Patong Bay and had to change locations - the staff here were kind, helpful and seemed to be very kind and engaged with one another as well. Bed was great, food was excellent - it's quiet and an easy walk to the beach. Really appreciated the Kwan and our poolside bartender-she was great!!

Great, new hotel for families. Very friendly staff, always try to help. One of the best quiet beaches in Phuket is nearby. It's not Patong with drug addicts and a huge crowd of people. There is nothing nearby, so either rent a car, a bike or a taxi. But it's quiet and calm! Very nice hotel!
When I came back the room afternoon, it did not make the room

Great new property , 5 min walk to the beach. The rooms are very spacious, great quality bed and linens (slept like a baby).
There is a buffet style breakfast and also has 3 different restaurants on premises.
