We had an awesome time in Moxy Bangkok - the service was impeccable, Megan and Nada was very helpful and accommodative during our entire check in process. They were very thoughtful and generous to give our girls a go at the gumball machine, and we’re lucky enough to get an elephant doll. Breakfast spread was amazing, we’ve enjoyed it - maybe coffee could be better but overall is winning and will definitely go back. The location along with the service was unmatched, we will be back for sure.

Very good location. It's only 1 minute walk to the CentralWorld and BigC. There are many restaurants and traditional food stores nearby. The hotel is very clean and new. The Team Nat Mook Earn Cream served us very very well!

Moxy had a very convenient location as it had a bridge connecting to all the other malls. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere in the hotel is very good.

Whether it was proactively checking in to ensure everything was perfect, offering helpful local recommendations, or handling requests with efficiency and a positive attitude, Nat consistently went above and beyond.

The hotel itself perfectly delivers the Moxy vibe—modern, fun, clean, and energetic—while still being comfortable and well-organized. The staff overall were friendly and professional, but Nat’s leadership clearly sets the tone and elevates the entire guest experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the the at the Moxy in Bangkok over the holidays. The location is good. We were able to walk to the skytrain above street level on the R-walk. And being in the busy and sometimes noisy centralwOrld area our room was quiet.

The hotel decor is colorful, and our room was cozy, clean and had a large window with a city view. The lobby is a nice place to hang out in and the adjoining patio too.

The breakfast is the best, totally worth it. A lot of variety and healthy.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Bon Ying Jang Roono was especially helpful in getting our New Year's Eve organized and overall during our stay.

It was so fun to see the fireworks here at the Moxy, we hope to return.

We went here for New Year’s Eve Celebration. Everything was PERFECT! Also staff were so kind and amazing :) Always smiling and willing to help us make our stay better everyday. Especially during breakfast was very impressed and felt welcomed by Bon Roone and Jang Ying :) Thank you so much! We hope to come back here again soon!

We only stayed one night due to our cruise doing an overnight stay in Bangkok but this is a wonderful concept hotel. Cool atmosphere and decor. Only concern is the shower design, hard to keep the water out due to no shower doors

We stayed at Moxy Bangkok as a family of four in a Loft Room. The location is excellent, with easy BTS access and nearby shopping malls connected by covered skywalks. The room was comfortable and modern but not very spacious. The bunk bed was a big hit with the kids, though having a small table would have added more convenience. Breakfast was enjoyable, with many dining options around the hotel as well. Service was friendly and welcoming, especially Bon Ying Jang, who was joyful, helpful, and wonderful with children. A great family-friendly stay.

Stayed at Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong and it seriously elevated my trip. Breakfast was a standout — a generous spread of Western favourites and Thai classics from rotating live stations, including Hainanese chicken rice, boat noodles, and a made-to-order egg station. The location is unbeatable, with CentralWorld, Platinum, Big C, and the BTS just steps away. Check-in at the bar sets a fun, energetic vibe, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Rooms are compact but smartly designed, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great facilities, lively atmosphere, and an overall fantastic city stay. Got billard, hockey game too for family.
