We had a great experience at this amazing hotel. Our room was just what we expect, and we were made to feel very welcome. We appreciated the expert services and everything went smoothly , special mention to Mr Nan Bell Service for always helping us at the lobby. Many thanks for it. We'll be back again.

The hotel is nicely located with ease of access to local transports.
The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The staffs are very caring and attentive to details.
Mr Noom from Bell service really helped us a lot and was always kind and humble . I recommend him.
The room and bathroom were all the time very clean.
All the amenities were there to make our stay pleasant.
The hotel has a rooftop bar which is really amazing . You have stunning views of Bangkok from there. I recommend highly this hotel.

Staff: The main reason to come back to stay again!
At the check-in and out, (the same lady with long hair), her smile and smooth process has made you feel welcome and professional.
At the lobby, KEY and NORM? (NUNG? a tall medium build middle aged man), both provided a step further helpful services with genuine smile and politeness.
The cleaning lady (a very small build lady) will greet you every time with a very lovely smile, a pleasant start of your journey each day once you are out from your room.
The night time security (a small build middle aged, able to speak Chinese), very polite as well and at one time, he carried a drunk occupant upstairs which he doesn't have to but he did it and with no despise.
The services provided here is exceptional well and thank you the team in Mercure Bangkok Surawong for providing the incredible stay.

General: Room is very clean and spacious enough, bed is comfy, basic tea/coffee/bottled water provided. Water pressure is a general problem in Thailand, maybe de-limescale more often with the shower head in the future.

Location: 15 mins walking distance to nearest BTS station.
Calling Grab to centralwOrld only takes 10 mins (avg. 130 baht) providing no traffic at all (after 11.30pm, daytime would be very different)

Facilities: if it's built with a pool from the beginning, it would be perfect, but no complaint at all.

Located in the vibrant Surawong area, Mercure Hotel Surawong Bangkok beautifully blends modern comfort with Thai hospitality. The rooms are stylish, clean and well-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring they city's live streets. The breakfast spread was delightful and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive.
A special mention to the hotel's excellent location - close to restaurants - can get halal restaurants, shopping at Silom Street. It's about 10 mins walk from the hotel or if you're lazy to walk may take the hotel shuttle. It's free of charge but you're required to inform the reception 30 mins in advance. And also Airport Rail Link to Phayathai Station, then transfer to BTS Skytrain to Chong Nonsi Station, just a short walk away from the hotel.
This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travellers who value convenience and comfort.

I would like to thank Pin, the lady at the reception, who made our stay even more comfortable by helping us to extend our room for a few more hours and did it with a warm smile. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options. Location was perfect — close to local attractions but still peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

I stayed at Mercure Surawong twice during my Thailand trip, I booked both stays using a third-party as I couldn’t get a decent price using Accor website.

During both stays , all the stuff especially Ms. Pin who was always very pleasant with a genuine smile on her face.

During the first stay, I was allocated a room on the 10th floor that overlooked a derelict building , the room was noisy and the staff provided me with earplugs which helped me to sleep.
While the hotel is located on a very busy street it’s not close to any BTS or Metro stops but I don’t mind the walk and I know the area well from previous visits but it might not suit others . Also the hotel provides tuk tuk almost every hour that goes to the BTS station which can be helpful if you adjust your times around it .
I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but have been recently renovated and very well maintained .
Mr.Noom, the Concierge was really helpful and doing multi tasks, driving the tuk tuk, helping with the luggage, few times he gave me good tips, he always had a smile on his face and was always looking to help.

I had a breakfast only once and it was ok.
I’ve no regrets booking this hotel and would stay here again if offered a good rate as it’s a solid four star.
The hotel has no swimming pool so if traveling with my family I would look for a hotel with a swimming pool.

An excellent hotel in Bangkok. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the BTS in the Silom area, which is very convenient. The price is reasonable, and the staff delivers highly professional service. If you are looking for professionalism and luxury, I truly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a week for my first trip to Bangkok and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is good with custom omelette and a variety of fruits, pastries, breads and various breakfast dishes. The staff are soo friendly and helpful, Janjao, Ying, Key and Taro are fantastic hosts and give great advice and helpful tips to enhance our stay.
