Pros:

On a aimé le sérieux et le professionnalisme du staff surtout les deux jeunes hommes à la réception très sérieux et respectueux.
L'équipe de nettoyage est aussi très pratique et méticuleuse on a remarqué une propreté parfaite ,.
Bien que ce n'était pas un jour de nettoyage la chambre à était comme même nettoyé à notre demande et aussi le matelas à était aussi vite changé à la demande
Merci à toute L'équipe de kasimo hôtel
+ L'emplacement de l'hôte est parfait .

Cons:

La seule inconvénient de cet hotel c'est la qualité des matelas de lits .Pas confortables

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, centrally located to restaurants, bakeries, ferry etc. Loved the location and cleanliness. Mufti, front desk employee, was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Be aware/ prepared that when we showed up we were informed that their credit card device had not been working for seven weeks. They notified us as we were in flight, so we did not find out until we arrived at the hotel. We do not use debit cards and had some cash, but not much and they were very particular about newer bills so declined to accept two of our $20 (US) bills that had subtle defects. If we did not know someone who was living in Turkey at the time, we really would’ve been in a difficult position, so be aware that you might show up and they will not be able to use your credit card that you reserved the room with. Additionally, you will be responsible for credit card fees.

Все отлично, только шум от мечети и соседей слегка подпортил впечатление.
Pros:

Ремонт хороший, номер выглядел чистым и опрятным. Заезд был быстрым, удобным. Мне помогли поднять чемодан на нужный этаж, так что персонал был приветливым.
Метро совсем близко и рядом куча кафешек, где можно вкусно поесть, это тоже отлично. Отель долго искать не пришлось.

Cons:

Слышно было ночью азан, так как мечеть совсем рядом и гостей из других номеров, так как стены отеля тонкие

Perfect location! Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Facilities very clean and comfortable, staff was excellent. The location is perfect! Lots of small restaurants and shops.

Cons:

No elevator so climbing all the stairs with luggage

Disappointing & Bad Service
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

Upon arrival we were forced to pay with cash because their credit card machine was apparently broken. They were unable to give us our full change, we had to check in multiple times throughout the stay and finally got it after we checked out. The room is much smaller than pictured and smelled strongly of smoke, with paint missing from the walls. There was also no conditioner in the bathroom although it’s pictured in the listing
