I really had an excellent stay.
Just be aware the Japanese onsen on site comes at an $20 extra cost per entry (the day pass is misleading as it means one entry but you can stay as long as you want. I still recommend it it’s very clean.
The restaurant by the pool is great. Great service and convenient for remote workers.
The restaurant from the rooftop offers different choices and a fabulous view at night.

Overall the hotel was lovely.

Quiet yet walkable to nearby BTS and Emsphere , Em quarters mall

Hotellet ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra Sukhumvit Road – og det er faktisk en fordel. Her er roligere, mindre trafik og langt mindre støj, hvilket giver en behagelig kontrast til storbyens travlhed. Hotellet er moderne og indbydende med en hyggelig café i lobbyen, hvor man nemt kan slå sig ned med en kop kaffe eller lidt arbejde.

Morgenmadsbuffeten byder på alt, hvad hjertet kan begære – både vestlige og asiatiske retter, frisk frugt og varme specialiteter. Vi boede på et værelse med kombineret vaske- og tørremaskine, og det viste sig at være et kæmpe plus. Når man skifter tøj flere gange om dagen på grund af varmen, er det virkelig rart at kunne vaske det hele på stedet.

No doubt the location is a bit far from BTS . The hotel is well occupied with hotel guest . 24 hour receptions, security and dinning cafe makes it an ideal choice .

Excellent stay as always!

I liked the location and surrounding area. It felt a bit removed from 'craziness'. Yet, a 10-15 minute walk to the really nice malls. I was at EmSphere, EmQuartier, or Asok 21, on the daily. All my needs were met.

Oh...I thought the onsite amenities were quite good. It felt really easy to eat at the pool restaurant, as the prices were very comparable to similar surrounding restaurants. But here, I didn't need to leave the pool! I also loved their custom sodas, try the watermelon and mint, very unique. Also liked the later pool hours until 10 p.m. This was not the case at the other pools I stayed at. The rooms and common areas were super clean. I bookmarked this place to return to for a high quality stay in a neighborhood I liked.

It's a nice hotel overall.

The staff is friendly, attentive and seems competent. They spoke pretty good English too.

Things seemed well maintained and organized.

The restaurant on the fifth floor is not great.

It was very quiet and the WiFi worked well.

The toilet was quite small and strangely creaky :)

It’s a horrible experience. I checked in at around 1am, feeling extremely tired from the flight, hoping to have a good sleep after shower. Bathroom have a stinky sink smell. Well put that aside. To my horror, I found quite a few cockroaches in the room and one on the bed. It was already way past midnight and I have no way to change hotel. I have no choice but to stay there and checked out of this hotel at 7am in the morning. I couldn’t even sleep at all. Never coming back again.

距離BTS好遠，步行需要15+分鐘，浴缸出奇地高，出入容易跣到沒有扶手，成個浴室得一個掛鉤，整體設計精美，但唔實用，不建議入住

Initially, we had a room with a deep tub with shower, which we found difficult to get in and out of. The hotel was very accommodating and gave us another room with a shower only, which was much easier to use. The room was very clean, and well laid out.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ahead of our visit to Bangkok, we booked, through the hotel, a private car for pickup at the airport when we arrived and a car again to the airport for our departure. We also arranged, through the hotel, private cars to various locations in Bangkok that we wanted to visit.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We enjoyed sitting on the pool deck late afternoon, and then dinner in the hotel restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at the tribe hotel. It was the beginning of our honeymoon in Thailand and was an amazing start to our trip. The staff were so polite and helpful!

Location was great, especially when you use the shuttle bus service to get to the BTS train station.

Breakfast buffet was also amazing.

Could not recommend enough!

The property was fine and the staff were excellent. Not the handiest location to food and shops although they did run a shuttle to local mall
