Schöne, moderne FeWo in guter Lage - Empfehlung
Pros:

Recht neues Haus mit diversen Ferienwohnungen, direkt am Meer in zweiter Reihe am Torre Casalabate, In den oberen beiden Stockwerken mit Meerblick von der Terrasse, herrliche Ruhe.
Großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit allen nötigen, fast neuwertigen Einrichtungsstücken inkl. Waschmaschine, Bett ist sehr bequem und WLAN gut, Wohnung sauber, Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Zwei schöne Strände ganz in der Nähe (z.B. Lido Exotic ca. 3 min. mit dem Auto), diverse Restaurants, kleine Supermarkets etc.. fussläufig im Ort. Ab Mitte Sept. ist italientypisch nur noch die Hälfte geöffnet.
Alle umliegenden Ziele (z.B. Brindisi, Lecce,…) gut und schnell erreichbar.
Haben eine hochwertige Strandliege und Sonnenschirm zur weiteren Benutzung dort gelassen.

Great place for the couple.
Pros:

Great location and view. Extremely close to the nice beach.Appartmed was clean and comfortable. Good to have a car to travel across Puglia. Property has privet parking place.Luana was very supportive at the check in time, provided information about local area attractions. She also let us stay later at the check out day since our flight departure time was late in the day.

Cons:

We were surprised for additional towels charge 40 euros.

Pros:

Das Meer liegt sehr nahe und der Spaziergang zum Ortszentrum ist sehr schön. Das Bett war bequem und die Dusche gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. OG, welches überhaupt nicht den Fotos entsprach. Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig. Die Küche war sehr knapp ausgestattet, die Pfannen alt, verkratzt und verbeult. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden lieblos in Plastik verpackt ins Zimmer gelegt – das Bett mussten wir selbst beziehen. Auch sonst wirkte alles sehr unpersönlich und wenig einladend – weder bei der Ausstattung noch bei der Einrichtung wurde Wert auf Komfort oder Gastfreundschaft gelegt.

Vor Bezug mussten wir uns auf einer separaten Website nochmals vollständig registrieren und ein Depot von EUR 500 hinterlegen. Kompliziertester Check-In auf unserer gesamten Reise.

Pros:

Appartement neuf et assez grand. Très bon emplacement avec des plages pas très loin. Petits commerces à proximité. Le soir, il y a un grand marché en été. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est que le balai était quasi inutilisable. Le parking n'est pas toujours accessible mais on peut se garer dans la rue. Les photos ne sont pas forcément les même que l'appartement que nous avons eu

Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament, idealny jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania regionu Salento. Pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym, sypialnią i łazienką. Pokój dzienny i sypialnia są klimatyzowane. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, do dyspozycji pralka, żelazko, deska do prasowania.
Duży balkon okalający apartament, z miejscem do siedzenia i możliwością schronienia się przed słońcem o każdej porze dnia.
Cisza i spokój wieczorami – słychać tylko szum morza i cykady.
Blisko morza – 70 m w linii prostej, zejście do wody możliwe ze skałek w pobliżu Circolo Nautico del Salento – Torre Specchiolla. Przy tym lokalnym klubie żeglarskim można również kupić świeże ryby i owoce morza prosto z łodzi, bezpośrednio od rybaka.
Piaszczysta plaża znajduje się w odległości ok. 700 m.
Parking na terenie obiektu. Sklep spożywczy w odległości 150 m, centrum Casalabate – 1,2 km.
Personel bardzo miły, pomocny i sympatyczny.

Cons:

Z okolic sąsiadującego klubu żeglarskiego czasami dochodzi odgłos, nie jest to hałas, ciągnika holującego łodzie do morza i z morza, bywa też wyczuwalny zapach spalin. Dzieje się to jednak rzadko – kilka razy dziennie – i nie wpływa znacząco na komfort pobytu.

Quite family stay
Pros:

We stayed 12 days. All facilities are news, better than expected. Closed private parking. View from balcony to sea and ancient tower. Quite place to stay. All of us enjoyed the stay.

Convenient and clean apartment, great location to stay for discovering Puglia
Pros:

The apartment was very convenient, clean and well equipped.
The owner was very kind at the time of arrival, and she also recommended good local restaurant, store, beach etc.
There is a beautiful view from the apartment to the sea, just like on the pictures.

There are several famous Puglian locations (Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce etc.) from 1 hour drive from Casalabate, so its a great location to stay of you want to discover this area.

Cons:

The "beach" in front of the building is not really suitable for swimming or for small children. It is rocky and quite a lot of broken glasses were everywhere, which was upseting for us. Of course this is not the fault of the apartment, but it could be useful information for the next travellers.

Great place for tourists, car is necessary
Pros:

Very good location for visit Lecce, Galipoli, Otranto ....... to simplify it, this is really great base for trips around south Apulia
Sea view, big appartament, parking, facilities, wifi, good beds
For seafood lovers - there is market with fresh fish etc etc
Out of seasson very calm place, no parties etc (except Sundays afternoon)

Cons:

some smaller pots and pot lids and tea Kettle are missing
Plages in place are not interesting, for good plages you must go elsewhere
