Appartamenti Craulo

Abbiamo aspettato per ore sotto il sole. In quanto al nostro arrivo l'appartamento non era pronto nonostante gli accordi sull'orario di arrivo.
L'appartamento si trova praticamente in un complesso di case popolari, manca l'ascensore., quindi per i bagagli abbiamo dovuto trascinarli su per le scale.
Se si arriva in tarda mattinata è praticamente impossibile trovare parcheggio, perché molte persone per andare in spiaggia parcheggiano li per non pagare quelli a pagamento.

L'appartamento ha un disimpegno con portone in comune con un altro appartamento, nonostante chiudevamo quest'ultimo, puntualmente lo trovavamo aperto.

Vista mare dove?? Praticamente il piccolo balcone si affaccia su una strada con altre palazzine dove in lontananza si vede uno spicchio di mare.

Insomma struttura non all'altezza delle aspettative. Mi dispiace comunicarlo.

Minha experiência nesta acomodação foi extremamente frustrante e decepcionante. Durante minhas férias — um período que deveria ser de descanso e tranquilidade — fui submetido a uma situação de grande consternação causada pela má-fé do anfitrião.

Primeiro, exigiram um depósito caução de €107,50 por link externo. Ao chegar, encontrei o apartamento em más condições: o ar-condicionado da sala não funcionava e havia lixo dos hóspedes anteriores dentro das lixeiras, evidenciando total descuido com a limpeza.

No check-out, ao relatar o problema, fui surpreendido com a ameaça de que, caso eu não retirasse pessoalmente o lixo dos hospedes anteriores, o caução seria cobrado. Dias depois, o absurdo se consumou: fui acusado injustamente de roubar um controle remoto de ar-condicionado, como justificativa para reter os mais de €100 do caução. A acusação, além de absurda e ofensiva, revela clara má-fé, já que o valor do objeto sequer se aproxima do montante cobrado.

Esse tipo de conduta não é apenas antiética, mas causa constrangimento, humilhação e danos morais a quem se vê acusado injustamente durante uma viagem de lazer. Apesar da localização ser razoável, não recomendo de forma alguma esta hospedagem: é um ambiente hostil, com limpeza precária, manutenção deficiente e um anfitrião que age de forma abusiva e desrespeitosa com seus hóspedes.

They ask for a 200€ damage deposit and haven't refunded it.
After the stay they accused us of stealing two hand towels. When I explained that there weren't any hand towels provided, they picked on me, why I haven't informed them about that... When I wrote how I should have known that there should be hand towels, they accused us of leaving dirty dishes in the dish washer and recyclable garbage and informed us that they won't give the deposit back.
When I confronted them that they hadn't provided garbage bags, dish washer tablets, toilet paper and hand soap. They responded, that it's luxuryties and that they are not obligated to provide it. Meanwhile, their house rules states that the above mentioned amenities will be provided.
Due to lack of garbage bags we could properly recycle garbage. Organics we have thrown away. It seems, that they don't really care how their guests will get rid of garbage.
If you want vacations without the surprise of losing 200€ just for nothing, avoid them.

Inchecken is is een administratieve hel, veel te veel stappen in procedure, acco is super gehorig, gedateerd, slecht bed, geen lift, moeilijk parkeren, prijs/ kwaliteit is daarmee niet in orde

Before you arrive, you will be contacted by the agency. You will have to sign an agreement and pay 200 € for the deposit. That is something we did not know and was a bit annoying at the time.

Area around the building dirty, unkept, lots of rubbish around, no much parking.

The rental agency demanded a deposit of 200 EUR and did not return part of it, due to a damaged night light. Although nothing was damaged. It's a real racket

Our arrival was very stressful. We arrived at the address given in the booking documents ie 17 Via Craulo, Otranto
The booked apartment was not situated at this address. Our phone calls to the contact number were not successful as the number supplied was out of service. Following several e mails to the apartment agent contact was made and the agent arrived over an hour late to admit us.
The apartment turned out to be at block number 80 approximately 100 meters from the address given.
The agent was far from apologetic for this farce. He seemed to be more interested in spelling out the the apartment rules than dealing with a very stressed couple.
