When you make a reservation here through Expedia, the hotel does not honor it. They will contact you through what’s up and ask for zelle payment. If you don’t send them the money via Zelle they will threaten to cancel your reservation even if you make them aware you will be arriving they will ask you to arrive before 4 pm or they will cancel your reservations. The experience was very stressful especially when you are going on vacation to relax. Also, hotel is under construction the price does not reflect this.

Spacious and very comfortable room with excellent amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, and bar. Drinks and breakfast were delicious, and best of all, our dog was welcome throughout the hotel. We would definitely come back!

Hotel con muy buena ubicación dentro de Valle de Guadalupe. Sus habitaciones son muy amplias. Hotel limpio y con muy buenas vistas.

An amazing stay
Pros:

We had a great time at Flores de Sal. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean, and inviting. The jacuzzi is delicious, the grapes are right in front of your room. Everything is great, bit even better was the attention of night manager Alex and Israel, they can fix everything. Honestly, big kudos to them, we will return.
