Buen gusto y confort
Pros:

El baño es enorme acabados de calidad y buen gusto. La cama cómoda y grande.

Cons:

La vista por la ventana es terrible, no hay forma de a pagar la luz desde la cama eso es muy incómodo. Además la luz de la calle se traspasa al cuarto por la noche y hay algo de ruido de los restaurantes que están cerca.

Great hotel for staff, location and room.
Pros:

Great location both for seeing the historic center and getting to the leather district. The street was super busy and noisy, but they gave us rooms at the back of the property (highly recommend!) so it was quiet. The staff was really lovely, and the room rate included valet parking which worked great. Nice room and really nice bathroom! Definitely would stay here again, and we were very happy with our choice.

Cons:

The rooms have no closets or drawers, so no place to put anything away. The rooms get a bit stuffy, but they have mini splits to allow you to regulate the temperature.

Location is good but Leon is small, you can find better option with more affordable price.

The staff was unfriendly.

The valet parking does not handle standard (manual transmission) cars. This is not communicated in advance; they simply leave your car outside without explanation.

The room windows do not have blackout or double curtains—only privacy curtains. As a result, there is very little natural light, and if you open the curtains, people outside can see into the room.

There is no potable drinking water provided. Guests are instead advised to purchase water from a nearby store.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I travel to Leon, Guanajuato very often and I have found my new favorite home away from home! This place is amazingly comfy, very clean and modern. It is in the best possible location in Leon and the staff are amazing! If you are claustrophobic, make sure to let them know you need a room with a window because some rooms don’t have windows. I didn’t mind because it was such a clean comfortable space and I really enjoyed being there. I 100% recommend it and will be staying here every chance I get!

Al ruidoso los alrededores pero pues no es culpa del hotel.. la verdad super bien el servicio. Felicitaciones a todo el personal nos trataron excelente. Yo solo agregaría que la habitación Leonor no tiene algún mueble donde poner nuestras cosas de ahí todo bien, distancias restaurantes.
