Pros:

I was not able to check into the condo I rented. Upon arrival, they did not have my reservation. I showed them my confirmation at encanto resorts and after 4 people tried finally Franky from concierge was able to figure out the condo had been double booked. Even though I had rented the condo on Expedia and received a confirmation I arrived and had no were to stay. Franky quickly put us in a different condo, it was just as nice and a 1/3 of the price of the other one but I had to pay for it again and then he worked with the owner of the double booked condo to make sure I received my money back. Expedia was useless. They said there was nothing they could do. The resort is wonderful, the customer service is great, the staff is wonderful! It’s clean and beautiful!

Pros:

Beautiful views, beautiful room. Construction of new tower is going on but wasn’t loud or interfering with relaxing. Clean pools, multiple to choose from. Clean beach. Our room came with the free breakfast which was simple but delicious (bagel and cream cheese & juice, also egg burrito available). Restaurant by the pools was very good, wait staff was amazing and friendly. Wait staff at the pool was also very attentive and friendly.

Pros:

My stay at the Encanteme Towers was outstanding! The views were amazing from the room overlooking the water. The 2-bdrm condo I stayed in was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful. The poolside cabana was lovely. I can't say enough great things about this place. I can only imagine how much more beautiful and active it will be when the full resort is completed in the future. I will definitely come back to stay here! I already started thinking about another trip before the year is over.
