La persona que atiende en la oficina fue grosera y con una actitud amargada, no tiene manera de tratar a los clientes, parece como si ella estuviera haciéndonos el favor de atendernos a los clientes, no podías hacerle una pregunta porque contestaba de mala manera.
Una de las camas estaba defectuosa, no pudimos dormir ahí porque se iba para abajo uno y se movía mucho el colchón se salía de su lugar con facilidad. La TV no quería prender y cuando por fin prendió, se trababa y después se apagaba así que no pudimos ver TV en nuestra estancia. Dejaron sartenes para el uso pero no había con que lavarlos. Faltaron ganchos para colgar la ropa que decían que había y no estaban. Había mucho ruido incluso a las 6 am como si estuvieran dejando caer tubos o algo muy pesado

Mi check in muy práctico y rápido, el personal muy atento, la habitación muy cómoda y completa. La zona muy tranquila y cerca de la playa. Pienso quedarme las próximas ocasiones.
