I have no complaints about Numa Milano itself. The property was fine.

However, I was very disappointed by the behavior of another couple who were staying there. One day, my family and I were returning to our room while my two-year-old daughter was asleep. She had a blocked nose that day, so she was struggling to breathe and was snoring in her sleep.

A woman and a man began laughing and making gestures because they heard my daughter snoring. I found their behavior extremely disrespectful and insensitive. She is only a small child and was not feeling well.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I consider it a form of bullying. I hope people will show more kindness, understanding, and respect toward families with young children.

Fully digital - and fully worthless

Saubere, große Zimmer, komplett ausgestattet

Cons:

Miserabler bis gar nicht vorhandener Service. Man kann über Wünsche oder Probleme mit der Unterkunft mit niemandem reden - es ist ja ausser dem (ebenfalls externen) Reinigungspersonal auch wirklich niemand da.

Our stay at Numa Montenero in Milan was simply perfect. This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Numa hotel, and every experience has been exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was spotlessly clean, with modern furnishings, stylish décor, and excellent bathroom facilities. I especially appreciate the online check-in process—it’s quick and convenient, and the support team responds promptly to any questions or requests.

The nearest metro station is about a 7-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milan. Highly recommended!

Ήταν πολύ καλό θα ξανά έμενα !

Ήταν πολύ ωραίο ευρύχωρο με μπαλκόνι και υπέροχο άνετο κρεβάτι !υπήρχαν όλες οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όπως και σίδερο !

Cons:

Ηταν 30’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο αλλά είχε τραμ στα 3 λεπτά και μετρό στα 10’
