Ich war sehr enttäuscht.
Pros:

Es hat zum teil ein schönes design und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Cons:

Unsere Toilette im Zimmer wurde nicht gut gereinig da wir (als wir gerade hineingekommen sind) Urin Flecken von jemandem anderen gefunden haben. Und unser Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab auch kein Personal vor ort die uns helfen konnten, sondern nur die hotline.

Mooie studio op een fijne locatie
Pros:

Handige ligging net buiten het centrum, dichtbij tram en metro. Een mooie, moderne studio. Fijn dat de auto ook in de ondergrondse garage kan worden geparkeerd. Groot balkon bij de studio. Super!

Cons:

Het was behoorlijk warm op de kamer en er was (nog) geen airco. Dit was in april toch al lekker geweest. Douche is typisch Italiaans en vrij klein.

Modern, new & practical
Pros:

April 2026 it is relatively new building. Very practical rooms with kitchen, washing machine, iron, ironing board, desk, big TV, bathroom and sitting space. Mine also had a large balcony with huge sliding door so very liveable for a few days or few weeks. Huge co-working area downstairs, outdoor area and gym as well. The biggest bonus is the private parking located under the building while not free, is a rare thing to have so close to the edge of the historical area.

Surrounding it are plenty of options for supermarkets, cafes and quick access to the trams or renting one of the bicycles or scooters all around.

Cons:

Tiny shower, I am a small person and my elbows where hitting the edges even though the bathroom was quite large, an unusual design choice. It is a new style of property with no people as in all your interactions are via an App which is Ai powered, dumb on some occasions and slow to get answers in some instances if it needs to get info from a human. Even though I had email confirmation of early entry for parking the WhatsApp confirmation said I couldn't. Then I got messages about leaving at 10 even though I had paid for late check out at 1pm. So glitchy, no human touch and a bit annoying when you are already stressed with managing travel logistics.

Not staff available in case something happen. Door code stop working and needed to contact the hotel via WhatsApp, chat managed by an AI that later on direct you to a person.

Pros:

While being a bit far from the city center, it’s in a nice neighborhood with tons of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops very nearby. It’s a big studio with a big balcony. Comfortable bed.
