A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Limited underground paid parking spots are available and must be booked in advance. Intra-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee. There is no oven or cable. We have provided a Roku and HDMI cord for streaming. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check-in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. The front desk is open for limited hours. Air conditioning is only available during the summer months.

Fabulous accommodation in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful - Receptionist Cayman was particularly helpful and a credit to the business. The room was spotlessly clean with amazing facilities. The location was fantastic with great transport links and many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We couldn’t fault it.

Bien placé, très bonne solution d'hébergement mais pas d'internet.
Pros:

Hébergement propre et très bien situé près de Porta Romana. Des magasins sont très proches et permettent de faire des courses si on souhaite utiliser la cuisine. Le quartier est un quartier résidentiel qui permet de bien sentir l'ambiance de la ville hors zone ultra touristique.

Cons:

Pas d'internet pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Il a fallu faire deux fois une remarque à la reception pour que des investigations soient lancées. Comment est il possible que tout un quartier soit sans internet pendant 2 jours et demi? Nous avons dû utiliser tout notre credit 5G pour nos rendez vous video. Le sujet a t-il vraiment été pris au sérieux? Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation géographique et l'appartement mais le défaut de solution proposée pour internet nous laisse perplexe quand nous reviendrons à Milan en janvier.

Great, friendly staff, but rooms not so good.
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff. Both were great!

Cons:

I did not like the bed sheets. They were scratchy and uncomfortable. I also did not like the shower. The water squirted out all over the place including onto the ceiling which left a a good deal of black mold on the ceiling above the shower. In other words, I could not get a decent shower while I was there. Although the hotel overall was nice, not having a decent shower or a comfortable bed made it not worth the money I paid to stay there.

Très bien, bien que Milan reste toujours un peu cher!!
Pros:

Appt assez central...près des trams. Tout est bien! Moderne et pour ainsi dire neuf. Balcon avec meubles bienvenus même en septembre... température très clémente. Porte de la chambre... haute sécurité!

Cons:

Pour des longs séjours (4jours et plus), on devrait pouvoir bénéficier d'une femme de ménage.
