Pros:

En general estuvo bien, solo que cuando llegamos no había luz y el jacuzzi fuera de la alberca que era el que me tocaba, no servía, el de las otras villas si funcionaba bien, también el fregadero en la cocina está tapado y lavamos los trastes pero el agua se quedó ahí estancada.

Terrible…!!!, evitar a toda costa…!!!
Pros:

Terrible….!!! , viajamos hasta Valle de Bravo y no respetaron nuestra reservación, no nos quisiera dar otra habitación por que habían sobre vendido, el dueño de la propiedad nos dijo que él no podía hacer nada ya que no tenía más habitaciones, que nos comunicáramos con Hoteles.com para quejarnos…

Además de todo muy grosero…
