Bonito pero inútil
Pros:

El recepcionista muy amable, la decoración moderna y nueva.

Cons:

El cuarto no está como se presenta en las fotos, en las fotos los ventanales sólo tienen cortinas, en realidad son cubiertos con película blanca, no dejan ver el exterior, lo que oscurece el cuarto y da sensación de encierro.
El excusado no tiene tapa, el baño está minúsculo, no tiene donde poner productos, solo dentro de lavabo. Lo peor, el baño tiene un piso resbalosísimo muy peligroso cuando está mojado.
Si se habla a la 10 pm a la recepción, nadie contesta.
Además se encuentra cerca de 2 centros nocturnos, en una zona de tolerancia, con música muy fuerte hasta las 3 am, lo que impide descansar y dormir.

Pros:

Me gustó más el Baño y las camas, además tiene cocineta y vajilla así como cubiertos. Me gusta que no puedes subir por el elevador si no tienes llave y para en las noches eso es más tranquilidad para uno.

Cons:

No me gusta mucho el estacionamiento ya que es al aire libre y a pie de calle pero en la noche hay un vigilante así que no está tan mal.

nice room - but some noise from downstairs
Pros:

In a good location, near the central market, plus with a few parking spots. My room itself was nice, but a bit noisy being right opposite the reception: I wish i had a room on a different floor!

Cons:

There was quite a bit of noise from the shops downstairs. I wish the room did not smell so much of disinfectant.

Buena ubicación con modernidad
Pros:

Es un lugar moderno, limpior en medio de muchos hoteles viejos. La ubicación es muy buena y nos atendieron bien.

Cons:

Mi sugerencia es dejar muy claro a los clientes que el estacionamiento aplica sólo SI HAY DIPONIIBILIDAD, si no hay lugar frente al hotel ofrecer la opción B para estar tranquilos con el tema del estacionamiento.

Pros:

La cama era muy grande y cómoda y la habitación era de unas buenas dimensiones. La ubicación excelente, muy próxima al zócalo y la Alameda.

Cons:

El hecho de que hubiera un escalón para acceder al cuarto de baño, hacia que hubiera que poner más atención en mitad de la noche.
El acceso es algo complicado de encontrar.
