Iconic and well worth it.
Pros:

Super charming and amazingly central staff were helpful in the two languages spoken in our party

Cons:

Was a bit hard to communicate about upgrades/surprises on check out but they had many of my confusing correspondence working against them

Pros:

Nice location, set on street link with 2 square but not too crowd and have a nearas food vanue of 1 min walk
Have 24 hr restaurant under te hotel only 1 block, so is the good place to stay in old town, Room have a big space hight ceiling with balcony that breatable, staff really helpfull.

Great hotel in Centro!
Pros:

I appreciated how clean they kept the hotel, and the flexibility of the staff there. I was surprised how much free things they provided.

Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. A nice lounge area upstairs.

Cons:

Staff were OK, but not great. The front desk staff told me they were going to charge a half day extra for one room because of asking for check-in at 2 PM instead of 3 PM. The person in the group who needed the room then had a brain bleed from a fall and they said they wanted proof to not charge an extra half day. My group included 3 doctors and 4 nurses. In the end it worked out, but it was unpleasant and unreasonable.

Pros:

Le confort et la beauté de l'établissement sont deux qualités de l'établissement. L'établissement est très bien situé. À côté du palacio bellas Artes.

Cons:

Par contre, pour un établissement 5* :
- le petit déjeuner est vraiment basique lorsqu'il est inclus dans le prix de la chambre et ne correspond pas au petit-déjeuner des clients qui viennent de l'extérieur,
- le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais
- il y a une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre.
- la navette aéroport est payante contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce de booking

La arquitectura del lugar, es muy hermoso todo el lugar y muy limpio todo

Cons:

Nada en particular, todo fue excelente únicamente que afuera huele súper mal pero esto no es responsabilidad del hotel ya son las aguas sucias de la ciudad.

Great hotel close to Bella Artes
Pros:

Nice hotel with walking distance to main attractions.
Safe area to walk and explore
Helpful and friendly staff.
Nice room, clean and new.

Great value and fantastic location
Pros:

Overall, the stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. It's situated in a prime location near several stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and looked new. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. There was someone there at all times. There's also a restaurant and gym on-site and the hotel itself seems to continue to be growing in a positive direction.

Cons:

The only issue I encountered was a sewage smell that randomly seemed to come and go and was quite unpleasant. It would also be nice for the rooms to have more furniture such a small couch!
