Excelente ubicación para descansar si vas a uno de los muchos museos de la zona.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, al igual que las instalaciones del hotel. La habitación bastante espaciosa, desde el balcón podíamos ver la torre latinoamericana, la cama muy cómoda. Sino fuera por la televisión en la habitación nos habríamos sentido en otra época.

Cons:

No encontramos nada negativo.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. We stayed for just one night at the end of a 3 week stay in Mexico and wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable. There was a hair dryer, mini bar, TV and good aircon. We found it was very quiet and easy to sleep, which is rare in this very busy city! Great if you want to visit the historic district, just around the corner from the museums and also just a few mins walk to the metro to access other areas.
The staff at this hotel are great. All were so friendly and helpful and really helped make the stay more pleasurable. They gave us recommendations on places to eat and they looked after our baggage so we could explore the city before our late night flight back to London. I would highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

There is a rooftop, which we thought would have a seating/lounge area like the photos, but it was empty. Probably due to the rainy season. It would be nice to have a seating area up there to enjoy the city skyline.

We enjoyed being able to walk to El Palacio de Bellas Artes at night and explore the city!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and great price for our stay.

Cons:

I wished they had let us check in early when we got there from the hotel to freshen up before going out but understand they have set hours for check in.

Pros:

Habitación espaciosa, nueva y muy limpia. Cama cómoda y la ducha estupenda. Muy buena ubicación para visitar el centro histórico. Check out a la 1pm, buena opción. Volveremos!

Pros:

Mooie kamer en badkamer. Brede goede bedden. Top ligging.

Cons:

Hebben 1x ontbijt in resto genomen en niets klopte van onze bestelling. Was wel goedkoop.

Very happy in this centrally located beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Central location. Comfortable bed, pillows. Modern. Restaurants within block of hotel. Helpful, friendly staff (especially Arturo — he did not have to, but he gave us his Metro re-loadable card, with clear direction to Azteca. Superb front desk staff!)

Cons:

No free breakfast 😊
