Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y muy cuidada la decoración, personal y limpieza

Cons:

Que llegáramos antes y por entrar a las 12 si estuviera libre y limpia la habitación te cobran un 50%, eso en ningún hotel en España nos ha pasado, si han tenido la habitación y te la pueden dar antes te la dan.

It was beautiful, and clean

Cons:

I didn’t like that the restaurant was closed in the hotel, the first day they had enough staff so that our food came in time, the second day in the morning there was only ONE waiter which made it impossible for us to order our breakfast as we had a tour to go to and the only thing that we orders was our coffee and almost 1/2 for someone to take our order. We had to leave and then we couldn’t get a taxi from our hotel to get to our hotel due to street closures. It wasn’t the best experience and we missed our tour, sadly!

Gute Lage, schönes Hotel und saubere Zimmer

Interieur und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider war es nicht möglich das Zimmer ganz zu verdunkeln, ebenfalls hörte man die Ventilatoren von außen sehr, was unseren Schlaf gestört hat. Außerdem hatte die Bar leider geschlossen, somit gab es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel noch einen Drink oder Snack zu sich zu nehmen.

What I Did not like was being able to small the kitchen coming through the vents into the room. We had to call down to the main office 3 time for them to deal with the problem of the people above us,

YOU NEVER PUT CHILDREN WITH THERE PARENTS ON A HIGH FLOOR, YOU KEEP THEM ON A LOWER FLOOR SO THEY DO NOT BOTHER OTHER CUSTOMERS. WHEN THEY ARE RUNNING ACROSS THE FLOOR.

位置比较方便。

Cons:

1. 该酒店有种族歧视，对待老美特别热情，对待中国人特别差。
2.尤其是一个胖胖的戴眼镜的女的经理，态度傲慢，从刚来入住就歧视中国人给我们安排了没有窗户的房间，我和她用英语沟通说不是正常的房间，她没有正面回答问题，让我们升级房间，我说我们不升级，只想拥有一个正常的带窗户的房间，她给我们推锅说是booking的问题，booking没写清楚。这让我回想起来还没入住时，提前好几天就发邮件说让升级房间。说实话，一个没有窗户的房间每晚1000元人民币挺贵的。感觉被种族歧视恶意安排了。
3.临走的最后一天，碰巧路上遇到了群体游行，出租车打不上，导致晚了20分钟退房，又和我们多要了一天的住宿费。说我们恶意迟到，说实话，来墨西哥的体验特别差，尤其是这种，强烈怀疑胖的戴眼镜的女经理自己偷偷收取了我们的罚款。在此在booking上曝光她。我们问如果呆到下午5点可以么，她回答是5点以后还要再多收取罚款。真的是再也不想来墨西哥了。
4.酒店客房服务连住很多天，不给换毛巾浴巾。也不添加洗发膏浴液，说了很多遍都不管，直到碰到了保洁阿姨，盯着她加完洗发膏浴液和换完毛巾浴巾才算完事，给人感觉他们很懒，不勤奋，就这个服务还拿了一个小袋子收小费。真的挺可笑的。
5.劝告非老美国家的人别来这个酒店住。有种族歧视，会给你安排一个没有窗户的房间，需要窗户就得升级房间。需要客房服务就得给小费。需要热脸相迎就得额外付费。
6.早餐:第一天我点了白面包没给，第二天换了服务员给了面包。面包就在桌子旁边很多也不愿意给。服务员的服务态度完全凭每天的心情，心情好了按照你点的菜单上菜，心情不好爱上哪道菜就上哪道菜。去了很多国家，土耳其和埃及，没有遇到这样服务的。
