Electricity problem and useless administration
Pros:

The apartment was clean and the cleaning stuff was always supportive.

Cons:

The apartment was very noise, it had a balcony with no privacy and basically all the noise from other people is heard. Also, there were two days were the electricity was not working at all in the entire apartment, it was due to a issue with the installation because the building had no issue but the administrator didn’t care about the issue until it was escalated to to owner but it was fixed in the second day. So two days we were without electricity and hot water in the shower.

No soap in shower floor was very sticky, bathroom had a very strong smell, and A/C was making very loud clicking sound

Pros:

I was not able to get a hold of anyone. My flight was delayed by a few hours was not able to check in or get the keys. They messaged me saying everyone was asleep and was not able to help me. The building because it is in a hotel was located in I very dark, ugly and overall dangerous location. I wouldn’t recommend it.

La seguridad del departamento no es muy buena , la puerta del cuarto se puede abrir aún poniéndole llave , la limpieza no es muy buena , tampoco hay aire acondicionado y la calor es un poco desesperante ya en la noche ala hora de dormir y solo proporcionan 1 ventilador , el medio patio y un tiene hay un ventilador que es un aire acondicionado eso provoca aún más calor cuando lo encienden eso si muy mala experiencia , y esto solo es s una recomendación para futuros clientes pueden así mejorar esos puntos
