Hotel far away from city, no one around. Kilometres of beach only for us. Amazing chefs, beautiful breakfast and cocktails. They were the highlight.
General bad housekeeping not only about room but about full hotel. Not enough of sun beds when it get fuller.
If you go to Aldea Mizul with your expectations aligned with what awaits, you will love every second of it. The facilities are beautiful and well-designed. Our location next to the beach was secluded and perfect. The staff are lovely and do what they can to make your stay wonderful. Our biggest concerns were as follows: 1. the location is very remote. It took us a few days to figure out that there are nearby spots down the beach where we could enjoy a meal without relying solely on Aldea Mizul's restaurant and give us some variety. 2. The restaurant's menu is limited and was a challenge for me. Having said that, the staff working in the restaurant did what they could to accommodate changes or requests. I do feel it is important to mention that Juan, Carlos, Chazael and Erbin are wonderful and all make a mean margarita. 3. No air conditioning in our unit. The description on Booking.com mentioned air conditioned spaces. It appeared that there are some renovated units that may have AC, but ours was an older unit and did not. There was a fan over the bed and a rolling portable AC unit that had nowhere to vent. So, we figured out that lying by the beach to catch a breeze and regularly returning for a plunge in the plunge pool was what is needed to get by in the heat of the day. There is no swimming possible in the ocean as it is a very rough surf with a serious undertow, so that was not an option. Having said that, the ocean was a gorgeous backdrop - I already miss staring at and listening to the roar of the surf. Once we figured out how to manage the food and cooling issue we settled into a very relaxed visit. We truly disconnected, which is what our holiday was about, and that was worth every minute of our stay.

No aplica...
Not clean + horrible service. No value for money.
La comida super rica!
Privacy
Not enough fans or AC. Water pump went out during the night
Beautiful villas, with private pools is amazing location. The chef was great in both food and service
The rest of the staff didnt offer good service- they weren’t attentive to requests.
