Pros:

This place has a great location and had everything we needed. They even borrowed us an iron when we needed one. It's real good value for money.

Buena ubicación, comunicación efectiva y buen gusto en la decoración. Sobresale en lo escencial.
Pros:

Me encantó la decoración minimalista pero bien lograda, y lo céntrico del lugar (a un par de cuadras de la vía principal y la terminal de transportes). La comunicación fue muy completa, oportuna y efectiva.

Cons:

Las escaleras para subir a la habitación y que nunca vimos al personal. Nos tocó en el tercer piso y no sabíamos que no había asensor; me estoy recuperando de una lesión, por lo que fue difícil subir y bajar el equipaje y no había nadie que nos ayudara. La interacción con el personal fue 100% virtual, entonces se sentía un poco impersonal. Pero por el precio y la corta estancia que estuvimos no me parece grave.

Pros:

Great views from the rooftop. Witnessed the lunar eclipse and red moon! Super location.... walk everywhere. Carnaval was fun. The dual air conditioning system was effective and efficient.

Cons:

The kitchenette stove could use upgrade. It was a little difficult to figure out. But the fullsize modern fridge was great with excellent freezer.

Recomiendo ,se desconso muy bien.
Pros:

La terraza era muy agradable con hermoso atardecer para merendar.. y ellos olor de las toallas jajaja y el papel higiénico de calidad..

Cons:

La cocina era eléctrica y no tenía tanta potencia como para fritar una papas.
En la ducha no había acondicionador yo si tenía así que ..

Studio spacieux, moderne, propre et avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Terrasse sur le toit avec piscine, très agréable et très belle vue !! On se sent comme à la maison. Le quartier est calme, à proximité de tout.

Cons:

Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur !

Pros:

It was perfect what we wanted a confortable apartment next to the downtown. We were 2 blocks from the main plaza with all the food trucks and also 2 blocks from the main avenue. Also really close to ADO terminal that comes from airport. Its downtown so the neighborhood its not fancy but I feel really safe around it.

Great Apartment - Zero Complaints!
Pros:

Lovely little apartment in a great location if you want to be near Tulum Centro. Everything in town is walkable from here, the apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious. The shower wasn't overly great but I've had way worse. The wifi works great, the pool and rooftop were amazing and great for an afternoon chill or to eat lunch on.

The hosts were very accommodating and very communicative. They responded to any questions I had and were always happy to help where they could. They allow bikes and scooters to be parked inside the premises too which was a nice bonus.

Great place, zero complaints. Very well priced too and worth every penny. 👍🏼

Pros:

Teodoro is a great place to stay for an extended vacation in Tulum. There is a nice rooftop terrace and the apartments are well equipped for a nice stay. Cook your own breakfast!
