Hotel Casa Linda

Our first night was a nightmare. The heavy duty automatic chemical air freshener created strong smell that we could not get rid of until our third day there, even after we opened both doors to the outside.

The location was good and convenient to Centro, though there is a bar at the entrance where we had to wade through a herd of smoking people inside the gate to get to our room.

No tenía buen internet aún cuando lo reportamos. En los tres días no lo arreglaron y jamás tuvimos wifi

The property was really cute and quiet. But Tania one of the staff members who was doing the check in was terrible. She gave us the worst service and made us pay to store our luggage in another place because she did not want to hold it gor us until our room was available

La habitación colinda con un antro y no nos dejó dormir hasta las 3:30 am, no deberían de tener ahí esa habitación o en su defecto informar sobre el ruido excesivo

Bonito lugar , cómodo, desayuno continental es en un restaurante a parte, no muy rico..... Pero el hotel en si, está bien!

Everything was clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Cold ac.
The only thing is that we dint have hot water. So we had to shower with warm water, but definitely not hot.

Habitación amplia, confortable y limpia. El hotel está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad

this hotel is a beautiful old building, but in poor condition. Our bed was hard. The sofa was torture. The cabinets were rickety. It is well located in the center of town, where it is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The patio courtyard is very nice- the chairs are hard but you can take a blanket from your room to sit on. A big shout out to Nazareth at the front desk -she was enthusiastic and helpful in so many ways.

Excelent location, its on the heart of San Miguel de Allende, near everything. The staff is so nice and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Gran lugar, buena ubicación

Terrible the place is under construction which was not advertised so was noisy and not pleasant. Shower floor was not pitched so water spilled into the rest of the bathroom. Front desk attendant did not speak English. Overall horrible experience we left early and found another place.

The room was great, the bathroom was pretty big. The only problem is that we didn’t have hot water on our first day, but we did the next couple days.

We had a great stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a family stay, the staff was helpful and kind toward us

The parking service is terrible. I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my car. On top of that, the cost per night is very high compared to many other places.

The staff are nice and cooperative.
