Great location. Nicolas is super helpful and responsive. Great to have a fridge. The property also has a kitchen which is great.

Hidden gem
Pros:

Great location, great staff, great shower, great ac, great value for the price. This is a place where you can tell that who is running it cares. I was able to get early check in. Communication was great through WhatsApp messaging before and while I was there. Very satisfied. Also there is a nice kitchen and bbq area

Everything was great. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this place deserves a great review.

Great hotel, location and amazing staff
Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Room was very nice, good size with very good bathroom and a nice balcony and view. The staff at Tropicalito were very good and attentive, always on hand to help and make extra effort. It was quiet but very easy access to lots of places on Tulum beach and not far to get into Tulum Centro.

Cons:

Nothing I did not like but things to be aware of. The swimming pool and area are quite small so it's a great area to have but probably not where you would spend a day etc. The hotel backs onto rockface that leads to sea so might be challenging to swim from there.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief rasch, unkomplizier
Pros:

Das es sich sehr privat angefüllt hat. Und die Felsen am Grundstück wo man gemütlich sonnen konnte, direkt am Meer.
Es ist ein kleines Hotel, somit gab es nicht allzu viele Zimmer.

Pros:

Great location, you can find freely accessible beaches both ways. Owner was very flexible, allowed early check in which was highly appreciated. 7 eleven store just accross the street.
