Pros:

Top locatie, leuke vibe, mooi zwembad, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker restaurant!

מאוד נהנינו מהאווירה ומקום . מרוחק מהעיר למי שזה משנה לו וגם משפיע על מחירי המוניות . אבל קסום
Pros:

ממוקם בקצה הרצועה בלב שמורת טבע ואף זכינו לראות הטלות של צבות ים בחוף. האווירה של המקום מאוד נינוחה ואסתטית . השירות היה נעים אם כי לא תמיד מאוד יעיל .

Cons:

כשהגענו לא היו מים חמים מה שהיה קשוח אך המקום דאג לפצות אותנו בארוחת ערב מה שהקל על הנחיתה הקשה .הווי פיי בחדרים בקומה השניה לא עבד מרבית הזמן.

Not the place if you're looking for relaxation, but otherwise decent
Pros:

Beautiful location, beautiful rooms, great food and waitstaff.

Cons:

Noisy! Even with few guests they are blaring music from noon through night as if it's a club vibe. Maybe it's to keep the staff awake.

The servers in the restaurant are good and attentive, but the greeters, concierge, etc are not friendly at all. They give a vibe like you're interrupting their day or they're too busy for you when you're the only guest checking with them.

The pool was empty and under maintenance, they should have communicated that at check in and offered a discount or free drink or any gesture at all.

Pros:

Staff, servide, soroundings and of corse, the beautiful beach. Unfortunately mother Nature wanted us to have the water with some sargassum

Cons:

I would say the opcions at the restaurant: quite limites, repetitive and with not many “internationa” basics, and I’m not writing about pizza or club sandwich!!!

Pros:

The location and the communal areas

Cons:

Advertised as “1 Junior Suite with Sea View”. £188 + local taxes per night. It wasn’t a junior suite, it was a small, rather tired hotel room with about 40 mosquito blood splats accenting the paint work. Technically speaking we did have a sea view….
