Pros:

Die "Atmosphäre" ist sehr angenehm, und alles, was man benötigt (Bett, Dusche, WC..) funktioniert bestens.

Struttura e staff fantastici!
Pros:

Struttura in una zona super centrale e tranquilla. Pulitissima e ordinata.
Ma soprattutto lo staff è stato super! Nonostante viaggiassi da solo mi sono sentito subito a casa!

staff was sometimes hard to find when help was needed and the building itself was also difficult to find the first night. would recommend adding a sign outside the door.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte alles, was man braucht.
Die Betten waren gemütlich, es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, Badutensilien und im Foyer eine Küche, die man mitbenutzen konnte.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Im Bad sammelte sich ein bisschen Schimmel.

Lovely quaint accommodation I’d stay all over again
Pros:

It’s a quaint property but enough size for a solo traveler like me. I like its homey feel,
not hotel vibe, although they have proper welcome desk and comfy chair. It’s in a good location really close to the park and museum. Around the area are plenty of shops and restaurants too. (PS: must try and eat Barbacoa tacos at Los Carmelos, 5 star quality tacos!). The guy who welcomed and accommodated me was kind enough to allow me to early check in at 1pm instead of 3pm, upon my request, after long night of travel & I was also in a terrible pain (my back hurt so much).

Cons:

Nothing from my experience.

Friendly staff but very noisy.
Pros:

There was a woman with long hair that was very friendly and accommodating. She always asked me if I was okay and gave me her hair clip when I was looking for something to tie my hair back. The hotel was in a good location close to cafes, park and restaurants.

Cons:

The property needs updating. One of the mornings the water was randomly shut off. It didn’t mess up my plans and it only happened one morning. I was in room 2 and you the room was incredibly noisy. I could hear people walking past outside, people coming into the hotel because my room was right by the door, i could hear housekeeping loudly talking while cleaning starting at 8 am. Over the weekend I heard a group of guys loudly laughing around 2 am. Thankfully I’m not a light sleeper so I was eventually able to fall asleep.

Disappointing, not like the photos
Pros:

Great location, lovely and helpful staff.

Cons:

It was not very clean and looked much nicer in the photos. There was a lack of care, mould and peeling paint everywhere, there was a dirty sock simply left behind a shelf when I checked in. It seems they only do a very surface level cleaning. It was also quite noisy where my room was beside reception there is zero sound proofing so as soon as people start checking out in the morning it wakes you up

I enjoy the location, the staff and the quaint atmosphere of Condesa.
Pros:

The property is located to many great restaurants just around the corner. We where within 20 minutes walking distance of other hot spots like Roma and Chapultepec Park. Our room had a balcony that was great for sitting and relaxing listening to the sounds of CDMX.

Cons:

Nothing negative really stood out. It was my second stay at Condesa. It’s inexpensive and nice.

The location is good! There are different restaurants, cafes and even a good bakery near by. The staff there was helpful on which restaurant to eat and such.

Particularmente requiero un Hotel de más categoría y/o mejor relación precio calidad
Pros:

Personal amable, libertad para entrar y salir

Cons:

Dormitorio y baño de no muy buena calidad, aunque la cama era cómoda para dormir.
