Older property but represents good value for price.
Pros:

Good value, convenient location to the Malecon, Zocalo, and Viejo Santa Cruz. Air con good, very comfortable, very clean

Cons:

inadequately equipped kitchenette, just one fry pan and a one burner induction stove. No coffeemaker. Water ran out @ 7 AM while I was standing in the shower, covered in soap. Was still out 14 hours later when I returned.

Great Location to Beach
Pros:

The location was great. Two blocks away from the beach. Luckily we are seniors who can climb stairs. It was great to be on an upper floor with a balcony but our suitcases were a bit of a challenge to bring up several flights for stairs. The kitchen lacked a few things like proper pots and pans but we managed. Be prepared to buy a few essentials if you plan to cook. Generally, it was a good experience and would consider renting the apartment again.

Cons:

Note. There was adequate shelving but no place to hang clothes. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer were a nice touch.
