Good little hotel, great location. The only downside we had was that as the room was next to the reception, it could be a little noisy in the morning. Other rooms should be fine though

Gran ubicación, a solo dos cuadras de la catedral y principales restaurantes. Me decepcionó la limpieza de la habitación, pues encontré papel de baño en el piso y desde que llegué no re abastecieron shampoo ni jabón de baño. El piso tiene madera, y al caminar hacía muchísimo ruido. Tampoco se nos entregó clave de internet a la llegada. Detalles importantes a considerar.

Estaría muy bueno un convenio con estacionamiento

The location was perfect for exploring the historical center of San Miguel. The receptionist, Montse, did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. If you need transportation, make sure to ask for Javier (who had great local recommendations) or Herman, arranged through the hotel. Our room #66 was clean and comfortable with its own private deck including hammock. The roof deck was perfect for star gazing and had pretty views of the tops of beautiful buildings including the “pink church”! We would definitely stay there again if we had the good fortune to return to San Miguel.

Está bien el hotel. Un poco de ruido por la noche. Muy difícil dejar y recoger maletas. No hay personal que ayude en esto. Las regaderas excelente presión. Las almohadas un poco duras y grandes. El ACC bien. Mi habitación oscura.

Muy céntrico. Lo único malo es el sábado en la noche mucha fiesta y música.

Plenty of places to put your things- very nice furniture and hooks on the walls makes it easy to stay tidy. Nice bedding and soft towels, rooftop sundeck, bar sink with a fridge, and very friendly staff! But being close to jardin comes with some street noise from nearby restaurants. We were directly across from an open attached restaurant so my hubby did not want to have shutters open, which made the room dark, but there were plenty of lights. The only think I did not like was that the water wasn’t hot enough. In Feb it is cool at night and I really would have enjoyed a hot shower! And the rain shower head is difficult if you do not want to get your hair wet! But there was a blow dryer in the room. And for some reason the hotel was out of soap! We went to Oxxo and bought a bar!

Noise and no windows on ground floor ☹️otherwise love beautiful design, location, shared roof deck w views. I got a great price and it was a beautiful cave-like stone and barn wood room and bathroom. Shower amazing pressure. Perfect neighborhood location and appears sedate. BUT -and i was front room but behind a ceramic store-the neighborhood is so loud at night-peoples’ voices on street and music in neighboring hotels and venues til 2am. And i personally like light and views, and all rooms on ground floor without. Splurge on rooftop spaces if those 2 things of issue for you. And it was weekend, so weeksays may be quiet. I do recommend.

Perfect place

Llegamos a descansar despues de la fiesta de año nuevo. Hacia frio pero la calefaccion ayudó a entgrar en calor. las puertas en las ventanas ayudaron a la obscuridad total y eso contribuyó a un mejor descanso. el desayuno en su restaurante, bueno .

El lugar está muy bien, las camas y las sábanas muy buenas. La regadera no funcionaba y no nos dieron solución además de que no contestan la llamadas.

Este hotel está divino! Súper ubicado y las habitaciones (por lo menos la nuestra) de muy buen espacio, con lo necesario. Sábanas limpias, almohadas y colchón cómodo, todo muy bien.

No es el hotel más silencioso pero cumple con todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de un fin de semana en San Miguel.
