Struttura moderna, un po fuori zona ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti di scooter,dato a disposizione dal proprietario che è sempre molto gentile e disponibile
Un po distante dal centro
Buena ubicación; a pocas cuadras se encuentra transporte público hacia 5.ª avenida. Restaurantes, farmacias, estacion de gasolina a 2 minutos. A una cuadra, transporte hacia Cancún. A 15 min hay un supermercado superaki y soriana, y a 25 min está Walmart. El hospedaje te permite usar una scooter dejando un depósito, lo cual es espectacular. Cristian, siempre muy servicial, paciente y formal. Nos hizo sugerencias de cómo desplazarnos a Cancún, entre otros.
En la terraza hay pesas para hacer ejercicio y dos piscinas; no las usamos, pero se veían a gusto. También hay unos camastros. Y adentro hay una piscina adicional.
El aseo. La ducha tenía cabellos; las mesas de noche, también. Bajo el sofá había líquido derramado. La señora del aseo no se presta ni para saludar, siempre está con mala cara. Al hacer aseo a mitad de semana, ella entro al baño y me botó una bolsa Ziploc que tenía guardada ¡por una razón! Pero eso sí, el cabello de la mesa de noche seguía ahí.
En la cocina considero que deben dejar ollas con tapa y toallas para secar o limpiar, ya sean desechables o de tela.
Hubo un inconveniente de comunicación porque yo leí que tenía lavadora, pero resultó que era con costo adicional, lo cual no se observa a primera vista. Cristian, sin embargo, nos ofreció una cortesía por el malentendido.
I liked the fact that the management responds quickly to any concerns
The property is in need of deep cleaning and maintenance. We had to move to a different apartment because when we arrived the apartment wasn’t cleaned, or at least, not properly cleaned. There were food leftovers in the whole kitchen, it smelled bad, the bed had stains in the sheets, blood… A cockroach came flying out of the A/C at night, and you can just see that there is no maintenance being done, the kitchen tap was almost falling apart, I can keep mentioning things. We fortunately immediately received an upgrade to a new and bigger room, but it also was dirty, with tons of hair in the shower, contact lenses on the floor, kitchen not well cleaned, I think the cleaning woman needs to be replaced, and she’s the only one responsible for the cleaning of all the apartments.

Mario est un hôte très accueillant, très accueillant, tres compréhensif.. qui m'a surclassé car un des logements était libre !

Es tal cual se ve en las fotos pero no muestran la realidad de la ubicación donde está , las afueras en una barriada peligrosa y en fotos no es notable obviamente el olor a humedad , etc etc
1. Exceso de humedad en la vivienda, que nos ha provocado un notable malestar físico y dificultades respiratorias tras pasar la noche en el alojamiento.
2. Falta de agua caliente, debido al mal funcionamiento del termo, lo que impide un uso básico y normal del alojamiento.
3. Ruido constante y continuo procedente de una carretera con tráfico muy fluido, perceptible durante toda la noche, haciendo imposible el descanso.
4. Ubicación en una zona objetivamente insegura, circunstancia que no se indicaba en ningún momento en la información facilitada ni en la descripción del anuncio.

The gym is a few dumbbells on the roof but everything else was great. 30 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable room, awesome staff

La verdad increíble todo, muy buena atención de parte de Lucho. Siempre amable y cordial. 10/10. El departamento muy cómodo y espacioso.
I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was good for me, Walkable to the beach but far enough away from fifth Avenue. The local shops for meat fruit and cheese were perfect and the host. Lucho was very helpful, especially when I locked myself outside of my room.

La verdad una estancia muy agradable, estuvimos 5 días y valió completamente la pena, equipada, linda, buena comunicación y súper accesibles en todo momento, tienen piscina, y es un lugar súper seguro, tranquilo, con aire acondicionado para el calor y agua caliente en todo momento, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí, tienen servicios extra como lavandería a un precio súper accesible, todos muy amables, un lugar de 5 estrellas!
La estancia de 2 noches en DOI 45 Apartaments ha sido maravillosa. Pudimos caminar practicamente hacia la 5ta Avenida.
Zona muy segura y tranquila. De Fáci acceso en transporte público. Los apartamentos están muy bien. Muy buena iluminación. Espaciosos.
El servicio y atención del personal fue excelente. Siempre respondiendo a nuestras solicitudes positivamente. El servicio de lavandería lo valoré muchísimo.
Calidad y precio muy justo.

EL departamento es muy bonito, limpio, amplio y en buenas condiciones, cuenta con todo lo necesario.
Lo único malo es la ubicación, ya que se encuentra un poco lejos del centro y si no llevas auto, la movilidad es un poco complicada,
Pero el lugar es una muy buena opción de hospedaje
Lucho was very helpful and kind, the apartment was in great condition same as the pictures in Expedia. Gas station two blocks away and local grocery store and food within 2-5 minutes walking.
