The staff were very friendly and gave me great options for sight seeing and food options. I will definitely come back to stay.

The property needs some basic attention. However for the price it was worth it. A couple of things to note. They need to clean the bathroom drains. The first room I was checked into was stinky. The smell was coming from the drains. The second room was better but the drains in the shower and sink were slow and made the bathroom smelly. But not the room. Clean the drains! I didn’t try the breakfast included. Across the street is a nice cafe with good coffee and breakfast items. Lastly, I only saw two rooms but it appeared that most rooms have no windows or a small column window by the front door. I’ve never experienced a windowless hotel before. I wouldn’t stay, again.

Tranquila tiene un toque bastante deferente a lo acostumbrado con sus hermosos jardines y la piscina en la zona superior en el desayuno el personal bastante atento en la recepción también todo muy cómodo

El personal de recepcion y comedor muy atentas . Confortable , limpia y segura. Me encanto.

This is a nice hotel- hard to see the entrance from the street - even the taxi driver was not sure of its location. I have VERY mixed feelings about this hotel. It looked Very clean but two things that stood out - the fitted bed sheet was stained with what looked to be blood (apparently the wash didn’t take it out) and the electric kettle was quite rusted inside. The staff was apologetic for the dirty sheet and we were given another room (it had two full beds and not the king that we had in the other room). I forgot to mention the rust issue but I hope they get this feedback and look into it.

No phone in room, no ice machine.Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast included. Special taxi rate if they call for you. Rooftop pool was very nice. Great location. Cleaning staff excellent! WhatsApp # is useful.

My stay was great! My room was ready early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I forgot a charger and they were more than happy to assist. Room was very cute and the diffuser was on when I walked in. Very relaxing. Breakfast is included which is great! Hotel is also across the street from a supermarket and close to a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants.

Arrivée difficile: escaliers à descendre pour accéder à la réception. Graviers partout donc pas possible de faire rouler les valises. Chambres salles, avec des cafards et des moustiques. Piscine salle, au point que nous n'avons pas osé y aller. Je ne recommande pas. Réclamation faite directement sur place, geste commercial accordé, c'est le bon point.

Great staff

Waren nur eine Nacht hier und hatten aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht, die wir leider nur zum Teil nachvollziehen konnten. Sehr nett war der Service. Die Frühstücksoptionen waren sehr eingeschränkt. Parkmöglichkeiten unmittelbar beim Hotel waren keine vorhanden. Und im Zimmer haben wir uns ein etwas eingesperrt gefühlt, da es keinen Balkon und keine Fenster gab, sondern nur eine Milchglasscheibe zum Gang gab.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, was safe and walkable to many restaurants and shops and supermarket across the street. Street parking was always available.
