Great location, nice room and helpful staff
Pros:

Convenient location, nice room, quiet, excellent and friendly staff, Santiago at the front desk was super helpful. Nice coffee shop in the hotel, convenient for breakfast.

Excellent location, spacious room, extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice cafe attached to hotel serves very good coffee and nice breakfast. Hope to come back and spend more time in Puebla!

Lovely
Pros:

Lovely property close to the centre of town, friendly helpful staff.
Pretty courtyard with rooms off it. Very comfortable and cool and spacious.

Cons:

Cafe wasn’t open when we left at 8am so we couldn’t get any breakfast, but not a big deal. Found a super cafe nearby.

Bien mais absence de fenêtre.
Pros:

La localisation, tout près du centre.
Belle décoration.
Salle de bain en mezzanine très spacieuse.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre et absence total de lumière naturelle.
Bruit du personnel des 7h du matin.

I love this place, the architecture is inspiring, not to mention the wonderful staff!
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast there. The location in the center of the historic district is great, convenient to what I needed to do. The wonderful Museo Ampara is right next door!

Excellent hotel in good location. I
Pros:

A convenient location in the historic center, short walk from the Zócalo. Nice decor and a clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
