Room was a good size, ac was cold, nice cafe and bakery. Decor was nice, good hot water.
Really could not stay up late in lobby because it's right next to rooms and noise gets through. No elevator. Key has a huge tassle that made it very cumbersome to carry. Toiler closet is very small and door opens in. You have to really plan your way in.
Not unique to this hotel, the body soap is crap. You never get an lather out of it.

Bathroom included toilets are upstairs. Going to the toilets in the middle of the night is not easy…
There were no windows in my room
Around 8.30 am on the Tuesday there was no water. I’m really glad I wasn’t under the shower .

The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the courtyard and cafe have a nice atmosphere.
The room smelled musty and is quite dark.
La habitación es amplia, con aire acondicionado, sin ningún problema con la tele o el Wifi. La zona es perfecta para moverse caminando al centro.
No incluia desayuno, pero comí en el mismo hotel. El café y los platillos se sentían frescos, muy bien preparados.
La habitación al estar en planta baja, tiene mucho ruido de las personas que se encuentran en el patio.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and had great recommendations. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location to explore central Puebla. Would definitely come back.

Nao tem janela no quarto 9 - somente na closet/lavatório. O que nao gostamos também que o quarto dá para a área comum do hotel e mesas que atendem o café - escuta-se tudo o que acontece ali. Nao tem hora limite de barulho.

Pretty courtyard with rooms off it. Very comfortable and cool and spacious.
Cafe wasn’t open when we left at 8am so we couldn’t get any breakfast, but not a big deal. Found a super cafe nearby.
