Pros:

Fantastic experience from the very start. A concierge came out to greet us outside when we arrived and helped us with our bags to the room.

The room itself was very spacious and clean with lots of different lighting options, great toiletries and large soft towels. Bed was big and comfy.

Downstairs was a caffè serving delicious speciality coffee and tasty cakes.

A staff member organised a reasonably priced taxi for our departure to the bus station.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, it's one of the best I've ever stayed in, and I have a lot to compare to!

We liked the its quaintness and location. The coffee shop adjacent to the hotel serves tasty breakfasts and lunch.

Cons:

Many stairs to climb to the rooms and none elevator available. The rooms also have high stairs at the entrance making it a chore to go in and out of the rooms.

Lo mejor sin duda es su servicio. Todo el personal súper atento en todo momento.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación a solo unos pasos de varios bares, restaurantes y el centro histórico

Cons:

La hora de salida es a las 12, sin embargo, nos guardaron nuestras maletas sin costo adicional.

Acogedor con excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente así como su arquitectura. Su diseño interior y amueblado es ideal para el estilo del hotel.

Cons:

Poco incómodo el baño en el piso superior, preferimos baño en el mismo piso y no tener que subir, ya que hacemos varias visitas al baño por las noches.
La cafetería buena, pero no tiene gran variedad de desayunos.
Su restaurante no lo usamos ya que no contaba con menú variado, solo cortes eso es muy incómodo para quien busca tener todo en el mismo lugar, contando un amplio menú para los desayunos.

Historic hotel located centrally with peace and quiet
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic! In a restored old building where some old friezes are still visible throughout the hotel and even my own room. There are exposed bricks and also a restored prayer corner is also kept intact. Super amazing place to stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to all the main attractions in Puebla, but it is SO QUIET at night! (Which i love!) If you're looking for a centrally-located hotel with some peace and quiet, I highly recommend it!

Puebla is worth the trip...great food, activities, and side trips Atlixco, Zacatlan, and Cholula

The location is perfect...4-5 easy blocks to the Zocalo. Once there, wonderful regional food and activities
The hotel is well managed and clean and the staff speak English and are quite helpful in making suggestions regarding restaurants, day trips, etc. They also directed me to a laundry 2 blocks away...very helpful!

Cons:

There was a tendency for noise until 11pm from neighboring restaurants. In addition, there were a few times where the was talking in the courtyard as late as 2-3 in the morning.

Excelente experiencia. El servicio del personal es sobresaliente, Lalo es un excelente concierge, incluso me ayudaron con un upgrade (aplicando una diferencia de precio) lo cuál mejoro aún más la experiencia y con lo cual tuvimos oportunidad de tener la habitación presidencial. A mí novia y a mí nos encantó, es un espacio bastante cómodo y agradable. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Puebla. Sin duda volveremos.

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff near the historic city centre.
Pros:

The hotel's location is great - only blocks from the centre of the historic district and close to many restaurants. The staff are excellent - polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The building is beautiful, with historic details like exposed brick and original wooden beams.

Cons:

Our room was large and spacious (2 levels!), however it did not have any windows and felt a bit claustrophobic. The room we had booked was supposed to have windows and a balcony; I think we would have given the hotel 5* if we'd had the correct room.
