Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return

The food was absolutely delicious and service unmatched! We loved this place and will go back for sure. Sea turtles, private beach, meticulous cleaning and property upkeep, beautiful, lush pool and very quiet, removed from all things “touristy” - Bespoke was a gem.

What a beautiful gem. The apartment was glorious! Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the front door, unfortunately the sea grass was out of control and we could not access the water. Bespoke is a little off the beaten path, but we had no problems accessing transportation.
Highly recommend!

What a little gem of a hotel. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights in one of the 2 bed apartments, really comfortable and well maintained. We all really enjoyed it, a perfect mix of chill and local trips. It was useful having our own car due to it being 10 minutes from Tulum. If you go to Tulum, make sure you get down to the peninsula rather than sticking to the Main Street which was a bit limited.

The Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach was frustrating and the hotel did what they could to deal with it but worth considering the impact if you’re looking for a beach holiday as the seaweed invasion in July makes the beach/sea hard to use.

My wife and I came to this property for our anniversary and we were blown away by almost everything about it. The grounds are very well maintained. You actually feel like you are in a jungle with all the plants they have around the property. The pool was very nice and they have really nice furniture in the pool area and on the beach for relaxing. We were there in the wet season, so there was a lot of seaweed on the beach, but they made an effort to clean it up each day, which was very much appreciated. They provided amenities like kayaks and really nice snorkel gear for using in the ocean and looking at the coral in the area. The restaurant very good and the service was stellar. It was a little pricey and the selection wasn't great but still very nice. But as nice as the property was, the unit we stayed in was fantastic! We had a two-bedroom unit and unit. Had a well-furnished living room and kitchen with a full size refrigerator and everything you would need. The only thing we would would have liked to have seen that we didn't have was a toaster. Probably the best thing about the unit was the terrace on the upper floor which was basically on the rooftop of the unit. Up there. We had a dining room table that could seed six, , a small private swimming pool, a bathroom with a separate sink and a shower. There were also some lounge chairs that were quite nice. While up on the terrace to we could have drinks and look at the ocean which was beautiful.

Unforgettable stay on the beach in Tulum

My family had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable perfect sized beachside hotel in Tulum, and I truly can't recommend it enough. The setting is breathtaking with turquoise waves, white sand, and ocean breezes. The beach and pool have beautiful lounge beds, cushions, soft seats, and private seating area. We felt like were were hidden away from the world-in the best possible way!

The small staff at the hotel was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They gave thoughtful recommendations, and went above and beyond. In our opinion the perfect amount of attention.

The apartments are better than you can imagine. Huge, new, clean, and airy spaces beautifully decorated and outfitted it truly was a home away from home.

The Bespoke and its staff are a rare find, and we cannot wait to return!

Very nice place, really calm and beautiful place.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a good size with ample storage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Staff were great, although sometimes the language barrier was a minor issue. A list of close by and recommended restaurants was provided before we arrived, along with suggested activities. Both of which was super helpful.
Food and drink were great. Would definitely stay again

Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :)

Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise.

Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back

Great property, rooms are huge and beach is big and clean.

Amazing and beautiful property. The service was great and the beach is stunning. Food at the onsite restaurant was excellent. The only downside is that it’s not close to anything, you can’t walk to a convenience store and they don’t have a store on site. If you don’t rent a car you have to take a taxi into town which gets expensive.

The units are beautiful. It’s a family friendly complex, the pool is amazing. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we comfortable.

This is an amazing stay ! Everyone was super helpful and informative . The ocean view and the pool are breathtaking. We will definitely come back . The property is about 12 minutes away from the supermarket will recommend to rent a car in town. Thank you for an amazing vacation !
