Pros:

el hotel esta bien, cerca de todo, es limpio y comodo, el desayuno normal. el primer dia no tenian mucha variedad de fruta ni tampoco tenian leche, pero era correcto, sin destacar la atención en general bien pero algún camarero le faltaba amabilidad

Rocky start, but comfort, cleanliness, great food, and kind staff turned it around.
Pros:

Beautiful beachfront location with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable, which is rare when traveling. The room was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised when they even cleaned it again during our short stay. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were especially nice and friendly. Once the issue with our room was addressed, the staff made a real effort to make things right, which we appreciated

Cons:

The stay started off frustrating due to a room mix-up that didn’t match what was originally booked. It took some time to resolve, which wasn’t ideal, especially for a short stay.

Pros:

The restaurant. Excellent breakfast and staff! The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing.

Cons:

Unable to sleep due to the loud music being played close by. It was difficult to get information from the front desk since many at times no one was there.

Estancia fenomenal.
Pros:

El alojamiento muy bien ubicado a la orilla del Malecón. Tienen un beach club en la que te la puedes pasar todo el día, además te prestan kayaks. Faltó un poquito de limpiezas a la playa por el sargazo pero todo los demás excelente.

Cons:

Todo me gustó.

Pros:

La ubicación, está justo en medio del malecón. Tiene piscina y muy buen desayuno. Piscina justo en la zona de los bar. El día no ayudó a que se vieran las playas turquesa, pq estuvo nublado pero todo bien con el hotel.

Recomendable
Pros:

Habitación y baño muy amplios, personal muy simpático. Camas cómodas y presión de agua de ducha muy bien. Con ascensor

Cons:

La piscina de la foto prirncipal pertenece al bar/restaurante con el que tienen convenio, no al hotel en si, aunque puedes usarla sin problemas. El hotel tiene su piscina dentro del edificio. El parking era un poco escaso y tenían un descampado de tierra al lado.

podría mejorar un poco las habitaciones ya que están muy pequeñas y en el area de la alberca poner colchones a los camastros ya que es muy incómodo esta acostado sobre la madera.

El hotel bien, el restaurante pésimo.
Pros:

Las instalaciones esta bien, el personal es muy amable y tienen garrafon de agua por lo que puedes rellenar tu botellon de agua, la ubicacion esta muy bien, la playa esta cercana al hotel aunque no es la mas bonita pero esta bien

Cons:

El restaurante tiene muy mal servicio, te ofrecen desayuno incluido, que a mi a traves de booking me comentaron que eran waffles, chilaquiles o huevos al gusto. Al llegar lo que te ofrecen es hotcakes, omelette y huevos al gusto, te incluye un cafe o té y fruta. Estuvimos 2 días, el primer dia nos dieron 3 rodajas de manzana y 4 pedacitos de papaya, agua sola y el café es soluble. El segundo día no nos dieron fruta, el agua de jamaica estaba echada a perder y los omelettes estaban salados y llenos de aceite. Pedimos extras unos hotcakes y fueron 180 pesos porque te los incluyen en paquete, aunque nunca me dieron la fruta o el cafe como para que fuera el paquete. Pregunten siempre antes de sentarse a la mesa.

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage des Hotels in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten nicht die gebuchten Zimmer erhalten. Gebucht waren Deluxe DZ mit seitlichem Meerblick. Stattdessen hatten wir Zimmer mit Blick auf Straße- und Hinterhof. Kein Balkon, gebuchte Zimmer Ausstattung nicht vorhanden
