Overall good condition. Clean rooms with ocean view. There are 5 restaurants to select and food is good as well. It's a pity that construction is going on and is quite noisy.
Great location and installation
The resort itself was BEAUTIFUL. MOST of the staff were amazing. Th front desk staff were all pretty unfriendly, concierge was hit or miss but the servers were all amazing. SHOUT OUT TO OMAR!!!!!
Our room, Junior panoramic suite was beautiful and clean. The restaurant's were all decent but most food lacked flavor/seasoning. The beach and pools were lovely.

We loved the resort and all that the all inclusive had to offer. The options for food were fantastic! The view from the room was incredible! Our room was cleaned daily and most of the days we had our snacks refilled. The one downfall was our concierge, she was very nice and started out super helpful until we found this was all only to set us up for hearing about a timeshare.

The place is a nice hotel but it's only good for honeymooners or seniors. it's very quiet nothing fun is going on, no music, no entertainment, after the dark there is no lights around the pool area everything is dark the only thing you can do is eat and go to bed if you don't want to go to the city. Food quality is very good but the restaurants are not very attractive or have any kind of music or entertainment. The craziest part was that even though we paid for all inclusive and we checked in after 6:00 p.m.after 11:30 which was their check out time they didn't let us eat or drink and told us we have to pay. I have a stayrd in so many all inclusive hotels and they always let you eat after you check out and let you stay there until you catch your flight. There is no bar in the pool and you just have to order everything. What I love about all inclusive is the buffet style restaurants but this hotel doesn't have any buffet style, you either have to be dressed up and dine in at the restaurant or order in room service or at the pool service. Each building has one restaurant only and you have to use the shuttle to go to the other restaurants of the hotel.

We are Expedia Gold Members and have stayed at this property multiple times, but this visit was extremely disappointing. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and had informed the hotel in advance about this special occasion. Despite receiving several welcome emails, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of the celebration in our room. At check-in, we were entitled to a complimentary upgrade if available.
The supervisor, Nicole, and front desk staff, Susanna, refused to honor this benefit, even though a honeymoon room was available at the time. Their response was cold and dismissive, simply telling us we would have to pay if we wanted the upgrade. There was no effort to accommodate us, no attempt to make us feel valued, and no gesture of hospitality — even though this was our fifth stay at this property. The lack of professionalism and indifference shown by the staff ruined what was supposed to be a
memorable celebration. Sadly, we left feeling unwelcome and
unappreciated. For loyal guests and Expedia Gold Members, this treatment is unacceptable. We are looking forward to staying at your hotel again. For our upcoming visit, we would prefer to be assisted at check-in by different staff members than last time, as we want to ensure the warm and professional experience we know your hotel is known for. While check-in could have been smoother, we were impressed by so many other aspects of the hotel. The restaurant and service staff were exceptional—warm, professional.
