Pésimo, me tuve que cambiar de hotel
El personal increíble, todos!!!!! El chef cocina uff delicioso!!! Tal vez el único detalle sería de limpieza en la habitación pero nada grave en realidad y la ubicación (que pasa en todo el centro de Tapachula) da una sensación de inseguridad, no pase ningún percance, pero solo es la sensación de “zona insegura”, por si las dudas no salir de noche y tampoco por calles solas. Estuve un corto tiempo por trabajo y no tuve ningún problema, si regreso.
Overall the property was good, but it should be noted in description on the web site that there is no elevator, no hot water, and the on site restaurant closes in the afternoon at 1730.
We arrived late in the afternoon, and were hoping for a meal on the property, but that did not happen. The good news was there were two restaurants close by.
The soap dispenser in our bathroom was leaking, so there was a puddle of soap on the bathroom floor.
The shower head in the shower did not work properly, so the water ran out around the shower head and dripped. I still had a good shower, but it would have been nice if the shower head had worked properly.
Overall it was not too bad, but we will not stay there again.

Nuestra habitación no se parece mucho a las fotos, el sanitario no tenía tapa para sentarse, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, la puerta estaba rota, el baño estaba añgo sucio. En general no era muy bueno el lugar. La zona afuera no se ve segura
La experiencia fue bastante mala, no tienen agua caliente en la regadera, mucho ruido que entra a la habitación desde el pasillo, la puerta de entrada a la habitación es de cristal lo que hace que la habitación esté siempre iluminada, el desayuno regular cuando lo llegan a servir, la cama vieja, incomoda, para lograr que me facturaran pasaron días e incontables correos porque no contestan el teléfono.
Llegué y me dijeron que lamentaban no poder darme la habitación, pero tenían cupo lleno y no podían hacer nada.
