Excellent small hotel, beautiful amenities, superb staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent, right in the heart of the 47th corridor. Facilities are new, stylish and well maintained. The staff: superb!

Cons:

The only downside, the outside rooms can be noisy, as the location is central. Not bad, but may take some getting use to.

We ended up staying here for two nights unexpectedly after our flight was canceled, and we’re so glad we found this hotel. Despite being a last minute booking, the staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful from start to finish.
We were upgraded, and the room was absolutely gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. We did have a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved within about 15 minutes, which was impressive. The location is extremely convenient and close to many great restaurants. The street can be a bit noisy at times, but that’s to be expected given how central the area is.
The rooftop pool was beautiful and a perfect, relaxing escape. Overall, a fantastic experience especially during an otherwise stressful travel disruption and we would happily stay here again!

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage, aber extrem laut

- großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel offen und nicht komplett nach außen geschlossen. Dadurch ist es SEHR laut. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war eine Straße weiter live Musik, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Auch das Lokal gegenüber und die Straße ist sehr laut. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte sich vielleicht ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, right in the center of town. One block from the main shopping & restaurant street. The room was exceptionally clean, cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and always helpful.

Pros:

Habitación amplia y cómoda, limpia, decorada con buen gusto. Tiene una tele enorme perfecta para ver una película por la noche después de andar por todas las bonitas calles de Mérida.
Excelente ubicación y personal.
