No elevator...something to consider.
Pros:

Beautiful facility! Great location. Lovely room.

Cons:

No elevator! If you are someone who may be leaving in the very early morning or late at night, there won't be anyone to help you get your luggage down the stairs. I managed to get a large suitcase down, but many women may struggle to do that. I was assisted when I arrived in taking my suitcase upstairs. So, it wasn't a problem upon my arrival.

Don’t book a tour with a receptionist whatever you do?
Pros:

It was quite stylish

Cons:

No breakfast
We were sold an expensive and highly disappointing tour at the hotel with lots of hidden costs and 7 hours on a mini van.

Merida est à voir , c’est le stop idéal

L’emplacement idéal, facile pour se parquer tout près , lit confortable , eau à disposition

Perfect place to explore Merida and cool down from the heat!
Pros:

Perfect place to explore Merida by foot, in the middle of the city with a lot of options for breakfast or dinner. Friendly staff who were helping with every issue we had. Big bed with comfortable mattress. Parking was available just a few meters down the street. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax and cool down from the heat.

Cons:

When we arrived the bedsheets had some stains right next to where you lay your head. The friendly guys replaced it even if it was quite late but it was almost impossible to not see it when setting up the room.
Also be aware that you won't have a lot of daylight in the room not facing the street, but that didn't bother us to much because we didn't spent too much time in the room. The space also was a little limited due to the large furniture which you don't really need but that's just a matter of preference, it looked quite nice!

Camera molto umida, la pulizia é da migliorare, rumore della strada sotto non essendo insonorizzato. Le camere interne non hanno questo problema ma non hanno finestre sull’esterno.

Superb hotel and perfect location.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, beds large and comfortable. Water topped up daily and cleaning service superb. Showers were hot and powerful and the location perfect.

Cons:

Discovered they offer breakfast at end of stay. Would have been helpful to know when checked in as we would have taken up the offer.

Excellent stay, staff are wonderful !! Would stay again
Pros:

Great location, close to plaza grade an paseo de montejo was just a one minute walk. Staff were awesome, very friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

On weekends it is noisy with some of the local restaurants having live music

We had a great time. Staff helped us arrange a tour and get dinner reservations.
Pros:

Room was spacious with plenty of storage for our one week stay. We had a junior suite with a private balcony.

Cons:

Bathroom could have used a make up mirror.

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer, gute Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer. Nespresso Maschine und Wasser im Zimmer. Pool auf der Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war unsere Bettwäsche fleckig, wurde aber sofort gewechselt, als wir darauf hinwiesen.
