Fantastic short stay in a beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Location was fantastic and the hotel and room exceeded our expectations decor was fabulous and our suite had everything we needed and more. Staff on both shifts during are stay were fantastic and more than helpful with any questions we had. A really beautiful hotel that we will 100% return to

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Casa Continental à Mérida. Après un long vol, nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et le monsieur à l’accueil nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence après un voyage fatigant.

La chambre était impeccable, très propre et confortable, avec une climatisation qui fonctionnait parfaitement, un vrai plus avec la chaleur de Mérida. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’attention du personnel qui nous a fourni plusieurs bouteilles d’eau pendant le séjour, sans même que nous ayons besoin de les demander.

Mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le toit, vraiment très agréable, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite.

Un hôtel chaleureux, bien tenu et avec un service attentionné que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This was a great hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. And the staff were quite helpful.

Pros:

El lugar perfectamente ubicado, tanto para ir al centro histórico como la zona de Montejo
Nos dieron un habitación, y le consulte x una con vista a la calle y al día siguiente se libero una y nos pasaron a la mejor del hotel.
Las personas de recepción muy , muy amables. Y siempre respondieron a nuestras inquietudes

Pros:

L'Hotel si trova a due passi dal Parque de Santa Ana, vicino al centro e sulla strada gastronomica. Finemente arredato e confortevole. Lo staff parla molto bene inglese ed è possibile lasciare le valigie nel deposito bagagli.

Cons:

Il frigo in camera è leggermente rumoroso.

La habitación es grande. Muy bien situado, ideal para pasear y salir a cenar. La cama es cómoda. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno. La decoración es bonita. La ducha es amplia y cómoda. En general, todo muy bien.

Esta muy bien ubicado, limpio y las habitaciones estan muy comodas.

Cons:

Hay una persona que toca bateria literalmente a lado de las habitaciones de 9-11 pm viernes y sabado. Es un insulto. No tenian salsa picante para el desayuno, 1 dia ni modo, pero cuanto cuesta ir a comprar una? Tambien se les acabo la mermelada y no la repusieron. Pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia.

No elevator...something to consider.
Pros:

Beautiful facility! Great location. Lovely room.

Cons:

No elevator! If you are someone who may be leaving in the very early morning or late at night, there won't be anyone to help you get your luggage down the stairs. I managed to get a large suitcase down, but many women may struggle to do that. I was assisted when I arrived in taking my suitcase upstairs. So, it wasn't a problem upon my arrival.
