would not hesitate to stay again!
Pros:

perfect, somewhat quieter, location at the northern edge of Centro but with lots of nice restaurants and parks nearby. 15-20 minutes walk from everything including starting points for many tours. Suite was well appointed and we lacked for nothing. Rooftop patio great for some rest and relaxation. Housekeeper was very pleasant and accommodating. Off-site management very responsive on What's app, Ask them to book an airport taxi for you if needed.

Cons:

well...hot water could have come on a little quicker but once it did, it was fine. No biggie at all.

Great room and location. Oaxaca is amazing!
Pros:

We loved the location and roof deck. The room was great and we loved the kitchenette. The staff was super friendly and the WhatsApp contact was always available and helped with organizing our taxi to go to the airport. We would definitely come back!

Cons:

Wish there was a regular coffee maker.

Buena elección en Oaxaca
Pros:

El diseño de las suites y la tranquilidad .
La calidad de los colchones .
La terraza comunitaria .

Cons:

Nuestra habitación fallaba La distribución : un armario que para abrirlo choca con la cama y es inaccesible , en cambio un baño muy grande donde hay mucho espacio no aprovechado , que necesitaría la habitación .

Pros:

I loved everything about this place. It’s a very spacious apartment hotel with a beautiful mix of modern and traditional interior design. Most communication is through WhatsApp, but the manager responded very promptly and even helped me book a taxi, which was really helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

Good location, with ample A/C, hot water, and good wifi

Cons:

Tiny room, ant infestation from unfinished doorframe with gaping hole to outside, leaking water from roof into room, poorly designed bathroom with only one hook for a towel and limited counter space, no protection from rain when attempting to manage the keyless entry system, and very limited shelf space in the room. Room was designed with no windows to outside, making it feel like a cave. The use of the term suite was "puffery" in my opinion. Management was absent. Im not even sure theyre in Mexico.

Pros:

Nice space, location and great value for money. Staff available on WhatsApp for any requests or questions.

Cons:

The property should schedule regular check with a check list to make sure things like air conditioner control works (One of them didn't work) and tea bags ran out without supply on property until next day.
