Really excellent hotel at a great location and superb service
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with a great courtyard, a very nice spacious room With a large bed, which was very comfortable. Great shower. The location is fantastic only 3 minutes walking away from the main square. Very scenic environment. The staff was really exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I can definitely recommend the restaurant well both for breakfast and for dinner. Really good cooking.

Truly exceptional service at an excellent hotel
Pros:

Extremely impressed with the hotel, the service was truly exceptional and people very friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The restaurant is really fantastic both at dinner and at breakfast. We’d love to come back

Pros:

The staff were all extremely friendly - they even brought us some welcome mocktails and Tiramisu when we first arrived! The room is incredibly beautiful - very tall ceilings, exceptional design, and attention to detail. The restaurant is just outside the rooms in a courtyard type of floor plan, but surprisingly the sound didn't travel through the room - probably the very thick walls and large durable doors. Still, I really loved the setup because it felt like there was a lot of "life" and energy to the place.

Pros:

Very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and well decorated. Location was spot, near major historical sites and plenty of good food near by. Small 6 room hotel but felt spacious and is well maintained. Thank you to all staff.

Charmant, élégant, raffiné et discret. Chambre spacieuse et soigneusement décorée. Excellente literie. Personnel jeune et d'une grande gentillesse. Petites attentions gastronomiques en chambre. Emplacement parfait à cinq minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Netflix disponible. A recommander.

Cons:

Manque une bouilloire ou une machine à café en chambre. Sinon c'était un 10/10

The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Morelia. A beautiful, comfortable room that was very soundproof (and the large soaking tub was especially nice. The restaurant is excellent, location is great- everything about it put it far above everywhere else I’ve stayed in Morelia. I will definitely be staying there again in the future!
