The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Morelia. A beautiful, comfortable room that was very soundproof (and the large soaking tub was especially nice. The restaurant is excellent, location is great- everything about it put it far above everywhere else I’ve stayed in Morelia. I will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean amazing staff. Food is delicious.

The staff for helpful, but we did have a few problems with the room. They were eager to help, but had some limitations on moving us to a different room. They were very generous and listened to our feedback. It was overall a very good experience.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones

Very stylish. We were in room 5 with a lower ceiling, it was cozy. The copper tub is very elegant.
The staff were delightful, the right blend of friendly and attentive.

This hotel is stunning! The entrance and lobby is beautiful with the water fountain placed in the middle. We were greeted with welcome drinks. Our room was even more beautiful! The bed is big, clean and incredibly comfortable. The bath tub was an added bonus and a great way to end the day after exploring Morelia! Close to the centro histórico too! Walking distance.

Excelentes las instalaciones y la comodidad del colchón y ropa de cama, todo de primera. Las próximas visitas en Morelia, tengan por seguro que serán en CASA ALONDRA.
Se podrían corregir dos cosas, la primera es el nombre del hotel que se podría poner en un lugar más bajo, quizás a la misma altura del lado opuesto de donde está la placa del Restaurante DIEGO, porque es prácticamente imposible de ver donde se encuentra actualmente.
La segunda es corregir de forma urgente la moldura de madera de la de la piesera de la cama, que sobresale mucho del colchón y se golpea uno en la rodilla.
Con ello sería 100% excelente.

The location is petfect, the property is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. The staff very nice and helpful, attentive. I would totally come back to this hotel and recommend it to others. Very nice and very affordable too.

Me encantó el hotel, está súper cozy y el restaurante está delicioso!

We stayed for the weekend for a family reunion and it was the perfect place close to the historical downtown, where we could walk to the colonial area with plenty of options for shopping, dining and landmarks. the room cozy and catalog picture perfect and very comfortable and quiet. and outside the room you have the interior garden with a fountain and the restaurant bar which is also very quiet and with excellent service. I loved this place. Staff has excellent customer service.

El hotel está padrísimo y muy buena atención. Mi único comentario seria que mi cuarto (#2) no tenía nada de luz.

El lugar esta muy bonito, limpio, las camas son cómodas, todo el personal muy amables, muy agradable y creo que la relación calidad precio es justa.
