Pros:

La localisation au bord de la lagune, sa piscine. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant. L’hôtel propose des kayaks et des paddles gratuitement.

Cons:

Notre chambre était une chambre double assez onéreuse. Nous avons remarqué dès notre arrivée que les simples pas de nos voisins du dessus provoquaient du bruit. Ils ont malheureusement décidé tout en étant parfaitement dans leur droit de regarder la télé à minuit. C’est simple, c’est comme s’ils la regardaient dans notre chambre. Au point de les entendre aller aux toilettes tout détail sonore inclus 4 fois dans la nuit. Nous l’avons signalé par message puis appel à la réception qui a très bien réagi, nous avons pu dormir quelques heures… Malheureusement les clients ne sont pas responsables. Pour le prix de la chambre, vous ne pouvez pas proposer un tel manque d’insonorisation. L’emplacement est magnifique, mais nous étions après cela soulagés de n’y dormir qu’une nuit. Sinon, rien à redire, gentillesse, réactivité du personnel qui est aidant et arrangeant pour tout.

Vista incrivel, bem localizado numa area excelente da lagoa. Serviço e equipe muito atensiosos. Café da manha ok e almoço mto bom! Quarto confortavel e charmoso.

Cons:

cafe da manha poderia ser mais variado. chuveiro do quarto tem pressao muito baixa, poderia ser melhor considerando o valor cobrado da diária. esses nao meus únicos pontos em relacao ao hotel, mas a equipe e o lugar compensam!

Helpful friendly staff, comfortable bed and beautiful presentation of food

Cons:

Overpriced property that is not good value for the money. Room was bare bones - no pictures on the wall, no hand towels, no lotion or tissues, nowhere to hang wet bathing suit. Our “lake view” room looked out onto trees and shrubs.
Too far from centre where restaurants are located (50 min walk) - needed a taxi constantly.
Located on lagoon but the ladder at the dock was slimy and dangerous to get out of the water.
Overpriced drinks. Boring repetitive breakfast

La partie resto donne sur le parking !! La cuisine est un cagibis sur le parking avec le frigo/ congélateur dehors
La chambre est vétuste. L’eau chaude une fois sur deux. La douche sale. Le poisson congelé ( je sais de quoi je parle je suis chef cuisinière avec mon propre restaurant )
Nous avons FUIS et pris un autre hôtel pour la seconde nuit Ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser Booking fait un effort de 50 euros La blague !! Le sol de la chambre voir la photo : DANGEREUX !!!
Rien mais rien quant au standing affiché : Une honte

Pros:

Un magnifique hôtel au bord de la lagune.
Le levé du soleil est juste incroyable, la balade en kayak extra et le personnel au petit soin pour que tout soit parfait.
Nous n'oublierons jamais nos 2 jours passés à Bacalar.
Notre seconde nuitée dans une plus grande chambre 205, juste parfait!

Cons:

La chambre 103 attribuée pour notre première nuitée.
Le lit était petit et pas confortable du tout.

Cons:

hot water absence. staff not responsive. food of worst quality in bacalar. swimming pool dirty. SPA next to restaurant (3 meters). reception not existent: was a table in the middle of nothing. unknown cars parked inside the hotel. cleaning service very poor. dirty room. absence of towels. I have had to fight to have an extra-towel (riddiculous).

Beautiful, quiet place.
Pros:

Location is beautiful!! On Lagoon and walking distance to Cenote Azul. Staff very friendly called us a taxi whenever we needed one. Very quiet and peacefully.

Perfect stay at the Bacalar lagoon
Pros:

Great hotel right at the lagoon, a little outside of town. The nature was was amazing and the free kayaks/paddle boards are perfect if you want to do a sunrise tour on the lagoon on your own. The staff was very helpful and friendly, would definitely come back!

Cons:

The room was not soundproof, you can hear your neighbours very well.

Good place to stay in Bacalar
Pros:

Big room (King size), amazing balcony with great lagoon view. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice (but we needed to wait for 30-40 minutes, which was a minus, as we were staying for the 2 nights only). We used the kayaks to Pirates Island. It was nice, but quite hard to navigate the kayak for 2 people. The view from the room was stunning 🤩

Cons:

It is a bit noisy in a room, but it was not a problem for us as we had earplugs. The minus was longer than expected waiting time for breakfast, and limited option for kayaks (when we asked, only one personal kayak and one kayak for 2 people was available). Other than this we had a great stay.

Extrem hellhörig - man hört jedes Wort wenn oberhalb jemand wohnt, kein 5-Sterne Niveau, Betten klein und schmal, 2 Wasserflaschen einmalig gratis bei 4 Personen (im Vergleich 3-Sterne Hotel Tulum Rund um die Uhr kostenfrei frisches Wasser), angebotene Bootstour kann man sich getrost sparen
