Nice area, clean room.
Clean room, amazing staff, and so much to do nearby.
I was very surprised to discover that my room was up a back metal staircase on the fourth floor of this hotel, and that it was extremely rundown and equipped with a dirty sofa. Another guest told me that she also found herself in a room that required a trip down a hall to the bathroom. It is not at all what it claims to be. I spent one night in the horrible room before being moved to a slightly better room that was also full of battered furniture. This is bare bones at best and should not be advertised in any other way.
The staff was great and very helpful as well as attentive. One of the best places I’ve stayed.
Great staff, helpful and friendly
I loved Santa Casa. The location to me is superb. The staff very nice. It could use some updating in the bathroom as well as the room art. There’s noise at night coming from the restaurant next door but they provide a noise cancellation machine that helps mostly during the week. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re going to be out and about and need to be centrally located.

The property is ideally placed in Roma Norte next to bars,resteraunts and very accessible to many areas of mexico city. The staff are very kind and will help you no end. Very comfortable beds and always clean. Highly recommended.

Great location. Beautifully renovated old Roma house. If your priority is to be close to the Roma-Condesa action, it is a good alternative. Walking distance to a lot of the hip restaurants/bakeries, parks and public transportation
Beware that staying in that part of town comes at a cost, lots of noise. Old houses there are not insulated enough to avoid the noise/temperature etc. The only problem with my room was the bathroom design that lacked any ventilation and the curtain design that let lots of light in through the night. The property provides ear plugs, but bring your sleep mask as well
Charming
We had a couple of issues with communication prior to check in but we were able to resolve these. The room and bed were amazing, wish I was staying for a few more nights!
This place its in a very safe and walkable area, so many good restaurants and bars near by a 10 minute uber ride from the zocalo center, the room was very clean and comfortable bed. We stayed in the Junior suite and Look forward to staying again here in our future visits.
We liked the location. Towels and linens were torn and dirty and they would not give us new.
Chic and understated property in a great neighborhood for dining, shopping and general vibes. Bed was super comfy, ample hot water, staff were all helpful and super friendly. A cute, safe place that isn’t Airbnb! Don’t hesitate!

Santa Casa was quiet, calm, and affordable. Because CDMX is about exploring, we didnt spendt too much time at the hotel, but it was the perfect place to call home for our week in Roma Norte. 10/10
I had an awful check-in experience at the hotel. When I got there in the evening no one was at the front desk and the access code to my room they supplied in the email did not open the door. I tried calling the number that no one answered and messaging them on the app but no one replied and I had no way of getting in touch with them. So I was stuck out of my room for 1-2 hours frantically looking for other hotels to stay at until someone finally showed up seconds before purchasing a last-minute room in town with no other options. It was incredibly frustrating and my plans for the night and meeting up with any groups or events were ruined. They were not able to offer me any discount on my room and I felt there should have been compensation. A discount of future days or another day would’ve made no difference since I had to leave town. Alsooo avoid staying on the first floor. I was woken up at 7 AM Monday morning to the front desk making loud phone calls on speakerphone for some reason and earplugs didn’t make a difference it was so loud. I could hear their whole conversation when I just wanted a little more sleep. They could’ve waited till a little longer and then later in the day to do that when the guests were up. The room itself was decently nice besides all this.
