Great space perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect. Staff was friendly and attentive. The Room was large and bright and very comfortable with a great bed and lots of storage. The roof top patio was also very nice
Ask for a room on a higher for to take advantage of the views and avoid the noisy bar across the street

Loved CDMX and our spot!!

Great location to all neighborhoods! Very clean staff very friendly and we arrived late and were there to let us in!

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass untere Stockwerke zur Straße recht laut sind. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf einer oberen Etage und hier war es sehr ruhig

Fantastic overall stay!
Pros:

Spacious, clean, beautiful rooftop, very accommodating staff! Beds were so comfy!

Cons:

The bar directly across the street was super loud and interrupted those of us with balconies that faced the street.

Nice clean room and rooftop

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom and room was terrible if your trying to put on make up
The ground floor was very loud and can hear toilet and shower flushing above us.
The shower would either be really cold or really hot

Muy buena ubicación y personal muy amable

Cons:

Muy ruidoso. Estuvimos con un niño de 7 meses y el ruido fue muy molesto durante la noche. Las habitaciones dan al pasillo donde está la escalera y el ascensor.

Great location, very clean hotel with all amenities.
Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. We experienced an earthquake yesterday and the staff were incredible, really helping us and making sure we were safe. Very grateful to the staff.

Cons:

The noise level on the ground floor. We moved rooms upstairs and was much better.
