Malas instalaciones, mal mobiliarios, sucicias las abitacion, super descudiado los sanitarios en general muy mal todo

Me dijeron que podían estar hola, 2. De la tarde y hasta las 4pm estuvo el cuarto disponible , y le falta a los baños más arreglo.

Door wasn’t locking at all and they seemed bother because we asked for a different room because we didn’t feel safe staying with my daughter in a room that wouldn’t locked

The pictures on the website are nothing like the place itself. The room was terrible; it smells awful the t.v didn't work everything was terrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND TO ANYONE!!!

They did not honor my reservation.

Ni siquiera nos pudimos hospedar, el hotel no tenia luz. Y tuvimos que buscar otro.

They don't honner the online prices. Hotel is old and ran down,stair are broken, horrible experience here.

They never did the reservation and charge me for the insurance

They gave me a different room that I didn’t reserve the bathroom it has a lot of mold and no water no electricity bed was not contreble dirty under the bed bad smell

No hoy water, can broken, faucet eusty, toilet wont flush had to plunge everysingle time.

Location was great, close enough to Rosarito beach to walk (30 mins) and a lot of restaurants, coffee, pharmacy and food store options. Now my review for the room itself, it wasn’t the room that I booked and when I made the receptionist (older lady) aware of that, she got very defensive. I let her know it’s not the room that was pictured or in the description of the room I reserved. She blamed Expedia for not having the correct pictures, but also said it’s because of remodeling and when I told her if I will be refunded for the smaller room and smaller beds she said no because it was the correct room and got very defensive with an attitude. The room was disgusting, there was no hot water the first night, the beds were the worst, there was holes in the walls, there was only 2 A/C controllers for the entire property therefor we didn’t have A/C most of the time. As far as the cleaning ladies and the gentleman that watched over the property at night… they were amazing. There was bugs in the room, the wall plugs would spark, they just painted over the tiles, therefore the paint would come off and stick to our feet when we would shower and to top everything off… we all havr to start medication and fungal treatment because we have a fungus infection on our feet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. One of the WORST places I’ve ever stayed.

It’s not what they say nothing compared to the pictures

El unico inconveniente no habia buena señal de internet

No hot water or tv access between 9pm and 8am

It has been the worse place I had ever stay in but far in my entire life.

I stayed here to save money me and my dad, next day at 4am i started to feel itching, and my hand small bumps, I got up and checked myself, I noticed red lines in my body stomach area hand and legs and itchy, so I called my family doctor and send pictures, he said it was scabies, he recommended some creams, but it was due to dirty hotel room with insects in the mattress, Expedia should refund me and pay for my treatment, really bad experience, Expedia should amended this issue.
