Está bien para pasar un par de noches tiene una Ubicación muy buena cerca del ferry y la playa está en una zona tranquila

Agradable estancia en amplio apartamento bien ubicado
Pros:

El apartamento es muy amplio, con habitaciones muy espaciosas y camas grandes. La cocina-salón también es muy amplia y tiene las cosas esenciales para una breve estancia. Los muebles son muy originales, con el tallado de la madera y tiene una buena televisión, nevera y microondas.
Esta muy cerca del puerto (a unos 7 minutos andando), por lo que no es necesario coger un taxi para llegar. La playa más cercana está también a unos 7 minutos caminando, y por toda la zona hay restaurantes y tiendas de alimentación.
La piscina de la azotea es pequeñita pero permite refrescarte tras venir de la playa,

Algo más de menaje de cocina, vasos de cristal.

Les prix sont raisonnables et la localisation parfaite, proche de la mer et du centre, au calme.
Les appartements sont spacieux. La terrasse avec piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Les appartements sont sales et mal entretenus. Le personnel (juste un jeune homme) n'est pas souvent là et est seul pour tout gérer. Le ménage n'a été fait qu'une seule fois en 6 jours, et très rapidement. Il faut insister lourdement pour se voir renouveler les serviettes et le papier toilette.

Thème mexicain sympa, excursions proposées

Cons:

Decus de l’emplacement de notre chambre : nos seules fenêtres donnaient sur la réception ! Autrement dit : rideaux fermés en permanence et donc logement très sombre… aucune possibilité de changer de chambre.

Pros:

The young man receptionist spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. He’s also very efficient. We found that the kitchen sink drain was leaking and he immediately called someone to come to fix it.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotels for 3 nights. There were serious leaks in the shower cubicle door. On the first night, there was lot of water from the shower room onto tiled floor of the bedroom after having shower. it’s very dangerous. The tiled floor was slippery and could have caused broken legs. We reported it to receptionist and he asked the cleaners to give us extra towels for blocking several leaking from shower cubicle door. The cleaner didn’t give us any thing for the leaking. The receptionist had to gave us beach towels to block the leaking.

Ottima posizione e appartamento bello

L'appartamento è pulito e accogliente, la doccia perfetta, l'unica di tutte le tappe del mio viaggio ad avere un getto abbondante.

Come in tutti gli appartamenti che abbiamo prenotato nello Yucatan, nelle cucine mancano tovaglioli di carta e qualcosa per asciugare in cucina, per il resto tutto perfetto

Uniek verblijf vanwege alle decoraties
Pros:

We verbleven hier 5 nachten met z’n drietjes, inclusief onze dochter van 2,5 jaar. Twee ruime slaapkamers met airco. De woonkamer en keuken waren niet groot maar prima. Wij hadden ons verblijf op de tweede verdieping waardoor er weinig mensen langs liepen en we weinig geluidsoverlast hadden. Wifi is prima vanaf het balkon (binnen minder) wat goed genoeg was voor ons. Het kleine zwembad op het dak was schoon en rustig, heerlijk met ons dochtertje. We mochten laat uitchecken in verband met haar slaapje, wat heel fijn was. Wanneer de host aanwezig was bij de receptie, werden we goed geholpen. Onze deur ging niet goed op slot en dat is dezelfde dag verholpen. Maar de hosts waren niet erg responsief op whatsapp. Ons dochtertje zat een keer vast in 1 van de slaapkamers en kon er zelf niet meer uit komen, er is toen niet op ons WhatsApp berichtje gereageerd, gelukkig kon ze het slot uiteindelijk zelf weer open krijgen. (Note voor mensen met kleine kinderen: de slaapkamer deuren kunnen vanuit de binnenkant op slot door op een knopje te drukken of een schuifje om te draaien. Tip: haal het slot van de ramen vanuit de woonkamer naar de slaapkamers eraf, zodat je die altijd open kunt maken om erbij te kunnen als je kind zichzelf opsluit 😁) Prachtige versiering van de meubels. Goede prijs, want de rest van het eiland is erg duur.

Cons:

Het raam van de badkamer zit echter aan de trap en het kleine douche gordijntje wat voor het raam hangt wappert bij het douchen waardoor mensen naar binnen zouden kunnen kijken 😅 De badkamer was niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lag nog viezigheid in de douche en een hoesje van een wegwerp scheermesje. Een hoeslaken van het bed had vlekken erin, en 1 van de sierkussens was ook vies. Ons verblijf werd tussentijds ook niet schoongemaakt (geen nieuwe vuilniszakken of handdoeken). Het hekje op dakterras klappert door de wind en moet vastgezet worden, ik ben om 3:00 AM uit bed gegaan om hem dicht te doen vanwege het geluid. Blaffende honden buiten snachts. Ik was heel happy met de spuitbus WD40 uit mn koffer, want de deuren piepten, dat was daardoor snel verholpen!

Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, nous a proposé des bons plans (restaurant, location de buggy). L'appartement est très bien situé et très calme. Il était très propre, avec à disposition serviettes de toilette et gel douche. La piscine est très agréable.

Exceptionnel, je recommande sans hésiter
Pros:

Tout était parfait! Propre, confortable, très bien placé à 5 minutes du ferry à pied et 5 min à pied de la plage. L hôte est exceptionnelle: très accueillante, bienveillante et réactive à toute demande.

La responsable de l'hôtel est charmante et hyper disponible
Les chambre sont énormes, de vrais appartements: un salon, une kitchenette, 2 chambres avec 2 douches et 2 WC
Belle terrasse avec des fauteuils à bascule
Piscine sur le toit en plein soleil, petit bar
Bonne situation a 3 min à pied du centre et 5 min de la plage
Bref, parfait, n'hésitez pas!
