Muy buena atención y comunicación por parte de recepción, siempre muy amables y respetuosos. La zona es tranquila y se siente segura aunque el camino para llegar y en general todo Tulum tiene muchos baches, pero nada que ver con el servicio del lugar. La alberca y el jacuzzi estaban muy bien y me gustó mucho el lugar en general

Pros:

Horrible communication. Had no sheet or blanket the first night. No wifi. Had to clean bathroom. Pool was dirty and had no strainer to clean. Couldn’t access gym. Taxi charged twice as much to drop off on unpaved roads.

Overall the place was nice, the staff very friendly. However the first day we couldn’t get wifi at all because you needed a QR code and our room was missing one, the staff couldn’t help much since they said they didn’t deal with the wifi until another front desk guy gave us the password for the wifi in the unit below us. Also the AC works great but there’s very thin blankets, I slept great but my boyfriend felt really cold the whole night. The place is very peaceful although close to the city and beach, you will have to rent something to get around, the moped for me and my boyfriend worked great and you can rent it at the hotel. There’s just a lot of unfinished roads because it’s a developing city. There was like a two hour rain and the hotel lost power for a couple hours so no water or electricity, and then same happened on our last day at the time we had to leave.

Pros:

Beautiful new development in the midst of Tulum jungle area. Just 5 minutes from the beach by car.
Very relaxing, pool was beautiful (day & night).
Area is still in development but the facility is great!
My only thing would be to have coffee available for guests as there is no restaurant or coffee place available within the facility.
