Cons:

El personal fue muy poco resolutivo y me cobraron con el cambio que el hotel quiso, costando la estancia 400 euros más de lo que ponía en booking. La verdad que muy descontento con el hotel y con booking pues ha puesto muchos problemas para resolver esto. La verdad que mi confianza ha bajado mucho y buscaré hoteles por otros sitios a partir de esta estancia.

El lobby es muy pequeño, no hay suficiente espacio para esperar si llegan varias personas al mismo tiempo.
Únicamente hay dos elevadores y tardan mucho, por el flujo de gente que hay.
La alberca está espectacular, y tiene una buena vista.
