Good location, great security, the concierge Mark was very helpful. Good facilities in room and bathroom. Not so good was the bed - it was awful. Only one easy chair although apartment was for 2 guests. Parking in recommended garage was a nightmare, ended up with a $78 parking fine, the parking opposite is much better - clean, well lit, security and a lift and is $15 cheaper as well.
TV in bedroom was really small, I was expecting a more spacious and updated room. Washer machine needed instructions.
The place is completely run down. One of the toilets ran constantly. One of the bathroom faucets ran continuously. The ceiling fan was broken. The dryer was broken. The TV remote would not work even after changing the battery. When I called in to complain I found out they were already aware of these things but just decided not to fix them. They sent a maintenance guy out who could not fix anything. I would also not park in the attached garage. It is super sketchy.
Clean and comfortable.
The sheer convenience of the walkability of everything the location is amazing as far as the individual condo it was exactly as displayed. Now the day of check out I did find a dead giant cockroach on floor so unappealing as I did not bring any food home this must be a building thing but all in everything else was great.
Very convenient
Nothing luxury about this property. While the actual condo was ok, the rest of the building was gross. Zero water pressure, as well. Do not recommend
It had lot of space. I didn’t like the floor in bedroom being wet, the water was not hot enough, the garage was very rough, the dishwasher was broken, the dryer needed a little help to turn on, the picture of this is misleading, security sucks especially when the man was eating at the desk on our first day. I didn’t need that mean mug, but hey I guess no one was there to give him a break.
Filthy rooms. There was a bedbug infestation on the couch. Absolutely disgusting. Do not book for your sake

I enjoyed the stay. The only three things I did not like were: the pill out bed was raggedy, the dryer was raggedy and loud and, the plumbing for the toilet; had to flush it twice.
Omg my stay was great!!! Very clean and comfortable place! Well stay again on my next trip to New Orleans!
Condo was great! Clean and spacious for my husband and I. Parking garage extremely sketchy in appearance. Look for the double doors on the second level of the garage. Those doors will lead you to the property elevator.
The condo itself was wonderful. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! My only complaint about the condo was that there wasn't any grip on the bottom of the bathtubs and were pretty slippery.
Everything was awesome with the exception of the quality of the garage. I was uncertain if it closed or being renovated. There wasn’t any direction on instruction where to go or get around in the garage. I didn’t not feel safe at all.

Accommodation was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was good to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Nice touches, such as dishwasher & laundry tabs. Good location, with short walks to main attractions. There was also parking available nearby.
Communication from the host company on property access needs to be better. Also they offered us late check out, which was more expensive than what they were offering for an additional night’s stay.
More cutlery and cookware is also needed and clearer instructions from reception on where we could leave our luggage
