Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, las personas de la recepción muy amables, se ve que están remodelando el lugar, hay algunos detallitos por ese motivo pero nada que afecte la comodidad

Pros:

Muy bonito y cómodo para descansar, solo en las habitaciones de abajo molesta un poco el ruido de una bomba de agua o algo así pero de ahí en más todo 10/10

Intentaron abrirnos la habitación el personal de limpieza cuando nosotros estabamos durmiendo, apartir de mas 9 am empezaron a molestarnos recalcando la hora de salida se la habitación la cual nos dijeron que era originalmente a las 12 y esa persona del aseo decia q era a las 11

The hotel is in a great location and convenient. Apparently the shower knobs were turned around. Cold was really hot and Hot was cold. First 3 days showered with cold water because i was told the hotel was full. I then informed them it was still cold after i saw less and less cars. Then they offered to come check it out and it was then when they said " ahhh well knobs are switched. It was overall a great stay wouldnt trade my room.

En general el hotel es agradable. Lo único malo son lo ruidosas que son las del aseo y otro personal que desconozco su cargo. Llegan desde las 7am y hablan en voz alta, mientras trabajan usan sus radiocomunicadores a alto volumen también. Es muy molesto ya que no respetan la paz y tranquilidad de los huespedes.

The two days we stayed there was no electricity or hot water and they didn’t try and fix it, I went to the desk 4 times and all they said was we are sorry
