Pros:

Excellent coordination with apartment staff, Tony, via WhatsApp at all times. A very large TV monitor is mounted on the wall and connected to a great wi-fi system for personal internet streaming or if zoom business meetings are required. A huge number of channels for Thai, USA, European and Asian guests. The room was large enough for 1-2 adults, good bathroom, king-size bed, refrigerator, a small kitchenette with microwave and hot water maker, good A/C unit, and I had a great view of Bangkok from the 29th floor. Apartment security was very good with e-keycard door locks, and numerous security guards manning and patrolling the entrance and lobby areas. My only concern was only 1 card key was provided to each room, which was okay with me, but for a couple or group, I believe only one key was provided. As a former U.S. military officer, I was concerned as I used my cardkey to enter the secured area, other guests that were strangers to me, tried to piggy-back on entering with my card. I recommend that each of the adult guests be given a cardkey or have an access list for those guests without a cardkey. Being on Sukhumvit Soi 4, there's a lot of ladies walking in front of the apartment and may not be the best location for families with children. I was flabbergasted when I got my clothes washed overnight for free. Tony's the man. I stayed for almost a month, and no doubt I will be returning to the Omni Tower on my next trip.

Pros:

Fait le job. Studio dans un grand bulding. C'est d'aspect un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu. Cuisine équipée pour des petits déj... Pas de lobby d'accueil mais par téléphone. Personnel réceptif et réactif.
