Pros:

Very nice room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean.

Cons:

Breakfast in the room was advertised but not actually available. Valet parking was chaotic but nice.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Perfect location. The hotel is beautiful and I love that there was a sports bar in the basement another bar on the lobby level and a restaurant.

Cons:

The view from our room was trash. We looked into an empty courtyard and other rooms.

Pros:

Great staff! Really warm and friendly. Big shout out to Joann on reception and Kenny the concierge (worked nights at the hotel entrance. They made the trip fun, with lots of laughs and good conversation
